Welcome to your relaxing North Shore getaway in Kuilima Estates East, located on the grounds of Turtle Bay Resort. This spacious loft-style condo overlooks the iconic Arnold Palmer golf course and is just a 5-minute walk or quick 2-minute drive to the resort, beaches, dining, and activities.

Located within a luxury gated community, guests enjoy reserved parking for one vehicle, two private pools, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Spend your evenings watching the sunset from Turtle Bay’s pool bar or lobby bar, enjoy oceanfront dining at Roy’s Beach House, or visit the local favorite, Lei Lei’s Bar & Grill — all just a short walk away.

The condo features an airy open-concept layout with natural trade winds and cooling breezes throughout. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, rice cooker, and a coffee station with a coffee maker that accommodates both whole bean and ground coffee.

Upstairs, the loft bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and includes a king bed, built-in closet, desk workspace, and dresser storage. Please note: due to the spiral staircase, the unit is not suitable for young children.

The living room features a newly purchased queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper, a 65” Samsung Smart TV, and peaceful views of the courtyard, pool, and golf course. Step outside onto the private lanai to enjoy cool island breezes and a tranquil courtyard setting framed by tropical greenery.

The bathroom includes a spacious vanity area, walk-in shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

For comfort year-round, the condo includes ceiling fans in both the loft and living room, along with air conditioning units in each space.

Private high-speed WiFi is available throughout the unit. Guests can enjoy digital cable on the Samsung Smart TV and log into their personal streaming services during their stay.

Keyless self check-in allows for easy arrival anytime after check-in time.

To help you make the most of your stay, the condo also includes:

This loft is an absolute gem, adorable, spotless, and one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The host thought of everything: beach umbrella, chairs, towels, great cookware, parking, and easy check-in. Zero drama from start to finish.The North Shore location is incredible, with easy access to nearby towns, food, and beaches. We felt completely at home and at peace. Would absolutely rent here again.

We’ve stayed at many of these condos over the years - this is our favorite so far! Condo was tastefully decorated, had plenty of supplies for cooking, and outdoor gear for exploring nearby beaches! We appreciated the little details, like exta towels which saved us from doing laundry all week. We had fun with the staircase, could be a bit challenging in the middle of the night but the added twinkle lights helped! Overall, great stay. We will be back!

Overall the accommodations were great. Very clean, update decor, great location. But perhaps one of the most uncomfortable sofa beds! I would recommend that the host provide a memory foam or similar pad for the sofa bed for guest use. Also, I found the jute rugs underneath the couch and bed upstairs to be so uncomfortable and scratchy.

Great place - very handy to Turtle Bay resort and the nearby walks and beaches. The apartment is quite spacious and Ginger was very good to deal with - would recommend a stay here.

The place was clean and it had a few nice amenities like a small busy pool nearby. However, for the price, it was not worth the high cost. It says for 4 people but there is only a loft as the “bedroom” which is nice except that you risk a fall every time you go up the circular stairs. The other bed is an extremely uncomfortable couch bed. I would be fine to deal with the stairs and couch bed if the price wasn’t so high. Not worth it!

The listing does describe the unit as a loft-style condo with a spiral staircase, which many guests enjoy for its open and unique layout, though I understand it may not be ideal for everyone. I also appreciate your comments regarding the sleeper sofa — guest comfort is very important to me, and a brand new sleeper sofa was purchased and delivered immediately after your stay. As for pricing, rates at Turtle Bay Resort and the surrounding North Shore Oahu area do fluctuate seasonally and reflect the location, gated resort amenities, and proximity to beaches, golf, dining, and activities. Family vacay North Shore Oahu.

Top spot in beautiful surroundings, close to everything we needed /wanted - food, beach/activities, good coffee. Accommodation super clean and comfortable - and Ginger was proactive, friendly and responsive as a host. We stayed with our 8yo boys and the four of us loved it.

The condo was very clean and stock with all the basics. It was full of light and well decorated and felt right at home the minute we walked thru the door. Ginger was such a gracious host….we had trouble with the TV/cable and she took time out of her busy day to stop over and fix it for us!! We would for sure recommend her condo and if we ever get back we’d stay here again :)

I needed a place to stay for a wedding in Turtle Bay and this was a perfect place—the location was close to Turtle Bay but also accessible to many other beaches and the property was clean and well stocked and spacious. The owner gave good communication ahead of the stay and made sure I had everything I needed, and it was a great overall experience.

Ginger was really communicative and nice, she was great! The location and property is very beautiful. I'd definitely expect a few more things from the condo itself, especially when spending the amount of money.- 2-ply toilet paper should be an absolute certainty when spending nearly 1000 for two nights.- Facial tissues would be nice to have as well, rather than being forced to use the single ply toilet paper to blow my nose.- The screen door for the back balcony is basically broken and off it's wheel well.- I'd love to have some art on the walls! It felt very stale, no character at all beyond the architecture itself.- The full size washer/dryer with readily available detergent pods was a great touch.

I want to clarify that I do provide Costco-supplied toilet paper, which is a standard multi-ply product and not single-ply, and I also understand your point about facial tissues. Since your stay, I now supply facial tissues in the unit for added comfort. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the screen door. That has since been repaired and is now functioning properly. I also appreciate your suggestion regarding wall decor. The unit now includes local art, which I’ve added to bring more warmth and a stronger sense of place while still maintaining a clean, open feel. I’m very glad you enjoyed the washer/dryer and provided detergent pods, as well as the location and overall setting. Thank you again for staying and for taking the time to share your experience.

Great spot on the North Shore

We had an excellent time staying by Turtle Bay! We enjoyed walking to the beach, resort, and restaurant as well as checking out different spots on the North Shore. The resort area was very relaxed and away from the bustle; it was family-friendly and was not as crowded as Ko Olina, which we liked. The place was just what we needed: easy access, a kitchen to cook breakfast, and a couch and TV to watch at night.
