Welcome and enjoy your stay, when checking out please wash all dishes wipe down benches and dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, then put out in the bins at the side this is very important in our region as we have a 3 bin system, if you are staying on a Sunday night please put the bins out the front, please refer to the info provided in the kitchen on how to separate the Rubbish all bins are there for you and are labeled.

*If you are smoking please keep this to outside and dispose of your buts in the outside red lined bin.

*This is your home away from home so please adhere to these house rules so that all future guests can enjoy there stay.

*If you have time and remember please pop all towels, tea towels and washers in the machine and turn on, if not please pop in the basket. Thank you

*Make sure to pop the key back in the lock box and turn off heating, lights, tv and cooling.

* The cleaning fee includes changing over linen and towels as well as laundering them, it also includes sweep/ mop and dusting as well as cleaning the bathroom and toilet.

*It does not include cleaning up the dishes, mess after cooking and rubbish you have used whilst staying, cleaners are on a limited schedule if this schedule goes over because of excess rubbish removal and cleaning up after your meal prep & dishes an extra fee will apply.

*Dogs are most welcome to stay .
However please follow these guidelines
* Please under no circumstance are they to be let in the bedrooms.
*Please do not allow them on the furniture
* You are required to bring bedding for them
* Welcome to sleep them inside in the garage.
* Please do not leave inside unattended
* Pick up after your dog, droppings can be placed in the green bags and put directly into the green bin.

* If they do have an accident inside please clean it up, the appropriate cleaning products can be found under the kitchen sink.

* Extra fees will apply if these simple house rules are not followed.
