This area is well-known for its adventure tourism, sandy beaches, and vibrant city nightlife, making it ideal for an exciting getaway.

Indoor and outdoor space is a key element of Casita's serene environment. Fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces. The interior decor is bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural wood and colorful local art. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of functional work space, and great for entertaining guests.

General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Cute place in incredible location!

You can't beat the location of this lovely place, very close to restaurants in the Plaza Machado, Pino Suarez mercado, and SO Many places in Centro Historico within walking distance. We were so thrilled with the location, including the ability to walk to the oceanside malecon. The place is quite comfortable and communication with the rental team was so easy and helpful. Even though the place is close to the action, it's peaceful and quiet too. We had an incredible stay and we hope to be back in Mazatlán before too long!!

Marisol and Lisa were great

Aero Mexico altered our flight to a horrible schedule with late arrival. Took only a quick email to Marisol to get late check in and airport pickup arranged. The accommodation and location were perfect in old town Mazatlán. Lisa made check in smooth and was there for any issues, she was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc.

Close to Centro Historico Dec 2022

Great location close to the Centro with all its restaurants and shops and walking distance to the Malecón and the beach. A few items need repair but Marisol has acknowledged although not sent maintenance to fix. Well stocked home sleeps 4 comfortably. This one is all about location location location!

The perfect way to experience the real Mazatlan

The casita is perfectly located for everything you could want to do in Mazatlan. It has all the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. We loved the little courtyard and the outdoor shower. You can hear the cathedral bells ringing in the morning to wake the city. We would definitely stay here again!
