Walk Through The Home With Us
Drive up the gravel driveway and you'll find a covered carport waiting for you, making it easy to park and unload no matter the weather. Step inside and you’ll find yourself on the first level of this two-storey home, ready to begin your stay. From here, head upstairs to where the main living areas are located – and where the charm of this modern home really comes to life.
As you reach the second level, you walk straight into the warm and welcoming living room. This is the perfect space to relax and unwind, with two comfy couches, a TV, and a crackling indoor fireplace to keep things cosy during the cooler months. There’s also a small dining table in the corner – just right for enjoying your morning coffee, a casual breakfast, or an afternoon wine or two. Large windows surround the room, letting in loads of natural light and giving you a beautiful view out to the surrounding trees, so you really get that peaceful, tucked-away feeling.
Just off the living area is an outdoor deck, the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air and leafy views. There’s a BBQ out here and plenty more seating, so whether you’re having a long lunch, afternoon drinks, or just enjoying the sounds of the bush, it’s a great place to be. Being up in the treetops gives you both privacy and a sense of being close to nature – without having to go far from the comfort of the house.
Back inside and just a few steps up from the lounge area is the kitchen and main dining space. The kitchen runs along the back wall and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay – an oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and more. There’s also a percolator-style coffee maker, so bring your favourite ground coffee to kick off your mornings right. On the opposite side of the room is a large wooden dining table that seats eight people, perfect for shared meals, board games, or simply gathering around together. With more big windows in this space, there’s no shortage of natural light or peaceful views while you eat.
Also on this level is the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, built-in robes, and fixed heating and cooling for comfort in all seasons. The ensuite bathroom is tucked just off the corridor and has a shower, vanity, and toilet – perfect for a little extra privacy.
Downstairs, you’ll find the rest of the sleeping quarters, along with the main bathroom and laundry. Bedroom two and bedroom three both feature queen-sized beds, built-in robes, and portable heating and cooling. Bedroom four is ideal for kids or extra guests, with two king single beds, built-in robes, and portable heating to keep everyone comfortable.
The main bathroom downstairs includes a shower, vanity, and a full-sized bath – great for soaking after a day at the beach or out exploring. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for added convenience, especially for families or groups.
The laundry is fully functional, with a washing machine, airing rack, and access to an enclosed outdoor area where you can hang clothes on the line. Everything you need is here to make longer stays feel like home.
The backyard is an informal bush garden – not manicured, but lovely to explore and play in, especially for the kids. It’s a peaceful, private outdoor space where you can really appreciate the surrounding nature.
You’ll also be pleased to know that the property includes free Wi-Fi, all bed linen is provided for your stay, and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate everyone comfortably. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this is the perfect spot for families, friends or a mix of both. Plus, you're just a short drive from the ocean, so beach days are always an easy option.
