Great overall but the beds and couches need replacing. They were not comfortable.

Beds were hard and creaked with every move. Fitted sheets were thread bare. The couch was worn. You would sink into areas because the foam support was non-existent. All of this is a testament to how often the unit is rented. It’s a great unit but it needs a little TLC.
