Very comfortable and well-appointed home

We spent two great nights in this house with our adult children. Layout is very comfortable, the two living areas mean we could split up between quiet reading and loud TV shows. Kitchen has everything you need for all kinds of cooking, including Keurig and tons of dishes. Quick walk to the beach, short drive to everything in Lincoln City, but a relatively quiet spot to stay. Very much enjoyed!

Ocean perch

We had a great time staying in this house. 2 bedrooms are downstairs. Main bedroom is upstairs. The house is more spacious than pictures. There is a big bin of beach towels which was awesome for the hot tub. The hot tub fits 4 people max but was fun. We loved the open floor plan.

Our experience

Had a great stay. Very lovely home I had remembered that the home had 3 bedrooms, which it did. I also remember that 1 bedroom had 2 beds in it, which it did not. All 3 bedrooms had 1 bed. We used the futons for another bed. Everyone had a great time, especially going to the beach

Everything was great except the hot tub was soup like. pretty gross. Bummed about that, we looked for a house with a hot tub. If that was clean, it would of been perfect!!!

A week at the rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house. Clean. Poor location and noisy because located next to main road through Road's End. Advetised as having view of ocean,Mobutu it was more of a peek- hole view. Would not stay at same place again.

weekend away with my siblings and two young children

As a single mom of a 3 year old and 5 year old running away to the beach with my brother and sister and two kids right before gearing up to graduate nursing school next month was a everything I wanted and needed. Add in a heat warning at home and the beach sounded even better. From what we are told Lincoln city was packed however we never would have known this house was located right near a little beach that we went down and played on and shared with a few other families. We had to contact management over an alarm going off and they were very helpful and responsive. This house was perfect clean and comfortable for families and groups to get together and enjoy the beach we would love to stay here again and will be watching for other vacation homes with #staywithmeredith

We had our extended family together on this trip and everyone was comfortable. There is a set of slightly steep stairs if that is a concern. While not on the ocean, it is within walking distance (2 blocks down hill). House is furnished with everything you might need to cook -except for the food and spices(abundance of dishes/serving trays). Traditional Mr. Coffee maker.

Picked this house for the hot tub and proximity to the beach and it did not disappoint. Loved the beachy look of the home, bright inside even on a cloudy day. Plenty of space and sitting room. We felt very comfortable. The beach is within walking distance, quick drive to several other beaches, too. Close to shopping and activities. The only thing I wish we knew is the main living area/kitchen is upstairs, so if you have mobility issues this may be an issue for you.

We had a great time, it's a perfect distance to walk to the Casino. The oven did not work correctly, only the broiler worked. The management said they would send someone over to fix it, but I recall seeing someone else post about it months ago.

The oven did not work when we arrived. We were only able to use the broiler, but it didn't even get that hot. We spent a good amount of money on groceries and still had to eat out, which was even more money. The hot tub wasn't completely full. Even with 5 grown people there was still at least 6 inches before the top edge. The bedding was super cheap and thin. There was not very much bedding for the extra pull-out, which was as comfortable as all crappy pull outs I have slept on, not at all. Overall, it served its purpose, kind of.

Wonderful weekend

This property was so much better than the listing. The hot tub was just what the doctor called for. The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or gadget you can think of.

Fantastic 4th Birthday!

We rented this house for my daughter’s 4th birthday (all she wanted to do was go to the beach & discover sea creatures). We had 5 adults & a 4 yr old. Plenty of space, super clean & had everything you could need in supply! They even had a cake cloche I used to cover the cake I baked to surprise her!! It was a good price for everything you get... and there is a hot tub! Quick walk down to get to the beach. The best part was customer service. I couldn’t ask for better! We had crazy snow hit & all roads closed from PDX to the beach the day we were due to check-in. I had a full blown anxiety attack over missing a day of our trip. I called & they could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I was able to adjust my reservation out one day with no issues, just one quick e-document to sign for the new dates. Overall a wonderful experience from booking to check-out.

We had a great time at the house. Close to casino and beach. Not great weather for walking to either, but still a wonderful time.
