You’ll enjoy peace and quiet in this desirable Westside home in The Parks, an exclusive neighborhood with its own community parks and pool. But you’ll also love its proximity to all the activities you want to access in your visit to Bend: rafting the Deschutes River, golf at Widgi Creek or Tetherow, hiking, biking and horseback riding are minutes away (Mt. Bachelor is a mere 25-minute drive). You can walk a mile to the Old Mill District for shopping and dining, or twelve blocks to the Les Schwab Amphitheater for summer concerts. You’ll enjoy air-conditioned comfort and relaxation in the great room of this beautiful home with its gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. This property was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of room and we especially liked the garage. There were a couple of things we needed that weren't in the house when we checked in - garbage bags and kitchen mitts - and the property manager brought them over right away. The bed was comfortable, the blackout shades were nice and the neighborhood was super quiet. I don't want to say to many nice things, because someone else might have already rented it the next time we're in Bend - but this house was exactly what we wanted.

Great getaway location

We didn't receive our check in info ahead of check in, but all was quickly resolved via telephone. Property was as described, check out procedures were standard, check out was at 10 am. It was a nice, quiet place to be based out of for the weekend.

Custom home

It would be helpful to have the outside lights on to make accessing the lockbox easier upon first arrival. We also found a spare key under the door mat. We found scattering of leaves inside the side sliding door, which was unlocked. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard. The remote garage door opener didn’t work. Otherwise all was good.

Christmas Time Visit

Really enjoyed Bend this time of year! Always much to do around here all year around! The house was really nice, very well set up, great kitchen. Did have some issues with the toilets in the unit, one leaking and both not really flushing all that well. Other than that, a great stay!

Ski week in Bend

Great Property for small family. Need to be clearer about Jacuzzi not being available in the winter. Also, could use a few more serving bowls and some food storage containers. Cozy atmosphere and convenient location to Bend and Mt. Bachelor. Overall a great place and we'll continue to stay here!

It is Peaceful in the Parks!

Peaceful in the Parks was just that! A lovely and quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Bend. The house is spacious, the kitchen well appointed with everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfy. Meredith is wonderful to work with…we found ourselves locked out the first morning and with one phone call help was on the way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great setting

We enjoyed the overall setting and ambiance. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Would have liked 4 soup bowls and some smaller baking dishes.... the cleaning however was not well done. Kitchen floor sticky, dishes in cabinet not clean, and carpets and upholstery not vacuumed well.
