Awesome Panoramic Ocean Views - Best Beaches - Great Location - Now with new AC

Enjoy panoramic ocean views and stunning Maui sunsets from your lanai. We think our unit really is something special. Located at the end of the hallway, away from the elevators and other foot traffic .... this quiet one bedroom unit, located in Bldg. D, is the perfect vacation getaway.

In June of 2025 we installed mini-split AC units in the living room and bedroom to make stays more comfortable when the evenings are warm.

The resort is on 6.5 lush acres. Located directly across from Kamaole Beach #2, one of the most beautiful beaches in South Kihei .... head out the front door and 2 minutes later you’ll have your feet in the water.

Walk to shopping, restaurants, take a stroll on the white sandy beach or just relax! Makena Golf Course and The 'Shops of Wailea' are a 5 minute drive. There are 2 pools on the property, as well as a tennis court. Enjoy the easy going, slow paced life of the Islands at Kihei Akahi.

Experience Maui and Hawaiian living at its best at Kihei Akahi, unit D-503.

Highly recommend this amazing unit!! Immaculately clean and great host. You will be welcomed by a beautiful ocean view and mountains! The bed was comfortable and the unit have new TB chairs and a new TB umbrella. The host is very kind and returns messages quickly. Mahalo, we would definitely book again!

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our time here! The condo is as stocked with everything we wanted (including a yoga mat) and the location was great- right next to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location across the street from a nice beach. Nice restaurants nearby. We loved how they had beach and snorkel gear already in the place so we could enjoy our time in the beach with umbrellas and chairs without having to rent anything. Overall a perfect stay

Maui we will miss you

We had the most wonderful stay here. The property and unit are well taken care of, and in the most perfect area. The check-in/out was super easy and super easy to access. It is the most perfect location as restaurants/bars/stores are walking distance as well as the beaches. Not to mention the whale watching from the balcony during whale season! We will be staying here again thank you so much!

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Maui and loved it! The condo was very clean and well stocked, and in a nice area. We loved that the lanai faced the ocean and we ate breakfast on it every morning. It was walking distance from many good restaurants and lots of shops, as well as several parks and beaches which was nice. Overall great stay!

Very pleasant stay

We are two seniors (60's) appreciated the convienince of a condo with A/C, kitchen, wash/dryer. Twin elevators, reserved parking and closeness to beach are appreciated. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.
