As you climb the stairs to this cliff-top oceanfront home and watch the Pacific surge into view, you’ll know you’ve reached a new level of vacation bliss. A western deck with an ocean-view hot tub gives you a top-of-the-world panorama of the sea. You can watch the surf, seabirds and whales from the great room’s leather sofa and chairs or cozy up to the gas fireplace and wall-mounted TV/DVD.

Enjoy meals from the compact but fully equipped kitchen at the granite breakfast bar or the ocean-view dining table. Two king suites, each with its own large flat-screen TV and bath with walk-in shower, give you one of two delightful options: a private eastern sunning deck for morning coffee or large windows that let you see the ocean from your bed.

Walk a few blocks to a beach access, or stroll to the Nelscott District of shops and restaurants, including the largest used bookstore on the Oregon Coast. Awesome views

This property has a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins from the patio. The driveway and steps up to the home are pretty steep but we had no issues. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Lincoln City is a cool little town and I’m glad we chose this spot to stay for our weekend trip!

Anniversary trip

This is a beautiful home and loved the hot tub, proximity to the beach, and the amazing views. I wish i would've paid more attention to the details of the home and realized the stairs in and out of the home 😀 There was no AC, or at least we couldn't figure it out lol. A couple days were pretty warm and it would have been great to turn on a fan or something similar. Also, there were only 2 windows that we noticed were available, 1 was not able to be opened, and the other was broken. Otherwise, it was an amazing time.

Perfect Location, amazing beach views & quaint beach cottage

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and really enjoyed the location, views it offers and cozy feel the house offers. Both bedrooms were set up nicely, although bed could be replaced. Closet space was a bit limited but only being the two of us it wasn’t an issue. Bathrooms also had everything we needed. The bathroom connected to front bedroom was a little larger than other bathroom of the back bedroom (room with view). Again not a make or break deal for us. The hot tub certainly made this ideal for us. It was so nice enjoying the hot tub with that beach view. The steps leading up to the house could be troublesome for folks with any sort of trouble walking. The area get very safe, it was quiet. There’s no direct access to beach which the listing mentions. We drove just up the road to public entry to beach. Overall highly recommend this property.

Charming place with a spectacular view!!

We were lucky enough to get decent weather for a winter weekend so we were able to appreciate the panoramic view! Best view is from the hot tub watching the glorious sunset.

The SUNSET!!

What a calm and beautiful place to relax and spend time with loved ones. The hot tub was perfect especially during sunset! We woke up early and had coffee in the deck watching the surfers. And if you turn the hot tub light off at night the stars are remarkable. We will definitely be back.

Ocean View at Lincoln City

Everything as advertised. Amazing elevated view of beach/ocean. Quiet neighborhood made for a perfect 4-day getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Panoramic view

The view of the ocean is stunning . Property needs updating , esp for safety. The wooden stairs are rotting & some steps feel soft & unstable. The “ hot” faucet in 1 bedroom has a faded sign of it not working, so it’s been this way a long time. Was afraid to use the fireplace after reading the manual about “ letting trapped gas escape “, & just so much “ junk decor “ everywhere. Get rid of it & use space for storage . The floor is sloped & feels as if you’re on a cruise ship . Would not stay here again

Best Getaway Ever!!

This was the perfect rental property for two couples. The view from the hot tub is absolutely spectacular. We all had a blast cooking in the kitchen together and enjoying the beautiful view from the living room. We wanted to stay one more night and reached out to the property with our request. Unfortunately the house was already rented but they were so quick to get back to us with an answer. We are already making plans to return and do it again!

Much needed vacation

World get away with friends. Perfect place for 2 couples. Had a great time. House has a lot of steps up to the house and don’t recommend this house to anyone with walking issues.

The property did not match the pictures shown to rent. The property was definitely overgrown with foliage and decks and steps were not maintained. A little sketchy to walk on. The hot tub did not work. It would not get warm. I called several times for maintenance. It definitely put a damper on our stay.

Needed get away

Property had wonderful views, big deck w/hot tub, loved all the west side windows for lots of light. Very nice kitchen, fully setup, bed was very comfortable and nice easy chairs to set next to fireplace. New bbq and lots of seating on the deck. Deck needs some TLC, lots of stairs up to the deck but worth it when you get there! We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again.
