Excellent property and location

Check-in and check-out were easy. We were able to check in early and the property manager was easy to communicate with. The house was great, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. The location was central to many things and made it easy to get around to different activities.

Siblings w/families in one house

This property was the perfect place for my siblings and their families to stay for a family funeral nearby. We were able to relax in the hot tub and pool and there was plenty of space to gather for meals and family time inside and out. Convenient location, close to shopping and freeway.

Great space for families. The backyard is very relaxing, lots of seating, with pool towels provided. The kitchen is very well stocked, even including Tupperware and spices. The kids loved the snack welcome basket. Great location, close to stores and freeway access.

We had an excellent stay! We’ve used many rentals over the years, but this one has truly been the best. The house was spotless, spacious, and had plenty of beds for everyone. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus and made our stay even more relaxing.Paul was incredibly accommodating and kindly offered us early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated.My favorite part of the home was the kitchen — it was fully stocked with everything needed for home cooking. There were even plenty of pantry items available, which was so convenient if you arrive hungry or don’t have time to run to the store right away. We also used grocery delivery, which made things even easier.We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return the next time we’re in Tempe!

Great location

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house looked just like the pictures. The backyard with the pool was great with covered patio. The house was clean with plenty of towels. There are only two TVs. It was a great location as we were in town to go to a ASU game. Not far from airport, casinos, shopping, or restaurants. Tempe is a nice city, I would definitely stay there again.

Great Time!

I stayed at the property with my parents, husband and two young children. We had a great time swimming in the pool everyday. We didn't end up using the hot tub since the pool was heated and was warm enough that we were comfortable swimming just in that all day. There is a park close by. It's a couple blocks up by the school that we would walk to and the kids could play in the evening so that was nice as well. The only thing that was kind of sketchy was the ally behind the house. There was a lot of trash back there. Not belonging to this house but neighbors. No one was rude or loud in the neighborhood though. I also would suggest the property owners getting some kind of shade or window covering for the patio windows. The grocery store, Target and restaurants are close by and within walking distance as well.

Ladies Trip

The ladies in our group agreed that this house deserves a 5 star review in all aspects except for one. Before we arrived, there was a bit of a dust storm that blew through. The pool was not clean. I texted the property contact with a pictures of the dirt/leaves (including at the bottom) in the pool. They said they would see what they could do. The pool remained dirty for the duration of our stay.

The Tempe house was excellent--pool was a great temperature as was the hot tub. The layout was also great. Note, everyone came down with a rash that we believe was from the hot tub, which needs to be drained, cleaned and chemicals added.

It has everything you would need for grilling, cooking or baking (just need to add a hand mixer). The big tv was great for down time.

Simple Staycation

Group of us went for a relaxing birthday weekend with a pool. Overall house was clean and gorgeous. The pool and backyard area was not as appealing as the house but served it purpose. I thought the listing said pool towels, but there were not any, so make sure to bring your own.
