Our overall stay was great. One minor thing to notice was the glass missing on the center table in the living room. I called to asked the removal of it to avoid any accidents from my kids but never happened. It ended up not being an issue. I will recommend this place for other families.

Great getaway spot

We have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and south by the airport, but I wanted to be more centrally located ; so this location was perfect. Great view, shopping was easy , and the kitchen was the best I have ever stayed at . Would recommend it to anyone who wants a slowered pace vacation spot.

If you look at the exterior, you think older building. This particular unit has been renovated and is very nice. Large kitchen if you want to eat in. Washer and dryer are nice to have in the unit. Three nice sized bedrooms. Right on the beach! Easy to get to beach or pool.

The property was spacious and with one with a wheelchair and another with a walker, they had plenty of room to move around. We also had a toddler that had space to play. The only downside was that our dedicated parking space was taped off and had a gaping hole so we couldn’t use the space and one of the elevators was down so we waited a while for an elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 501 was overall a great condo. It has everything you need and more on a vacation. The cleaning crew had not cleaned very well but it has a vacuum and broom so that was not a problem. I am very picky and I felt comfortable. They have a table and several chairs on the balcony and all six of us were able enjoy the view. If the hurricane hadn’t been coming, we would have stayed longer. The location and being less crowded than South Myrtle was wonderful. The only thing missing at this place is a hot tub. We will definitely be going back to Carolina Dunes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you first walked in the condo it looked really nice but for supposedly being remodeled, it really was not what I expected. I think the bathrooms might have had new counter tops but the rest of the bathroom was very old and dated looking. I wouldn't mind that but they weren't that clean. They really looked like they needed a deep cleaning. We had a group of 10 women and the sleeping worked out fine and the big patio and view was amazing. Overall the price for the unit was good.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building many times over the years, and we will be back next year, but not in this unit. It is in need of some TLC. The curtains in the master BR were faded and starting to rip. Half of the bifold doors were off the track. Some lamp shades were stained and one lamp broken. There wasn’t even a roller for the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. While none of these items is major, it all shows the lack of care and attention to upkeep.
