A house with the Wow factor. Stunning Art inspired 5 - 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 indoor lounge areas, 1 outdoor covered patio. Great for Families, Groups, couples & w/shops. Overlooking the range between Maleny and Montville with beautiful rural views to the coast.

Four indoor Lounge areas with a TV in each bedroom, Wifi, and the Main bedroom set up with private lounge and own Drop Down Spa bathroom.

A WII and a host of movies, games for the kids and books for the adults to unwind.

The Granite Central Kitchen becomes the Hub for gatherings and serves onto a Large wonderful Dining area.

The Outdoor Entertaining area hosts a BBQ and lounge areas plus an outdoor dining table. Looking out over wonderful trees and Cow filled pastures towards the Coast.

Only 5 minutes to wedding venues and waterfalls, 6 minutes to Maleny or Montville. Only 15 minutes to Australia Zoo and 30 minutes to great local Beaches. The Perfect holiday.

The house is a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Where both kids and parents equally have their own space to relax or play and love it. Board games, card games, reading books, Wii, and a great selection of movies. The guest books host load of “Best Holiday Ever!” comments.

Often booked out during holiday seasons book early to get a magnificent holiday experience.

Great house with Character

We were a group of 4 (and a half i.e. a grandma) families who spent our Xmas holiday (5 days) there. We enjoyed every bit of it. Great place with good amenities and plenty of space. Lynda and Trevor were wonderful and most helpful with everything. There is a antique shop downstairs that will keep you entertained when open. We did some shopping there too. Wonderful house with good undercover area for the adults to take refuge in the evenings, to read a book or play a game of chess. Pluses were: - Location ideally between Montville and Maleny close to everything you need. and all the attractions - Character, i.e. the place feels like going to your grandma's house - Space, plenty of it for a large group, adults and kids - Owners, very helpful and communicative - Amenities (3 toilets and bathrooms) - Supplied towels and linen all clean and high quality - A very generous and kind welcome hamper Areas for improvement: - Smallish kitchen for the size of the house. Small cooktop and bench space. Not ideal if you want to do gourmet cooking - Furniture a bit tired (although they give it the character but still could be a bit better quality with the lounge suits and some of the beds) - Noise from the road (it is on the main road after all) but not too bad during holiday period - As house is on tank water, there is a bit of concern with use of water for example using the spa doesn't feel good. - Perhaps due to the tank water, the dishwasher was very smelly so we were not able to use it during our stay. On the positive note it was a good excuse for people binding while doing the dishes:-) All in all, we had a wonderful and memorable holiday. Highly recommended.

There were 5 couples and we found the location great for tripping around by car. Big enough and having 3 bathrooms was extra special, large enough for everyone.

Great fun!

A group of 14 ladies stayed in this fun and quirky place. Was a bit concerned about the road noise, but it wasn't bad at all. Well located and Lynda has done a great job with interior. Nothing was too much trouble and as she runs the fabulous shop downstairs, was always on hand to answer questions. We had a great time, although seating 14 people at a single table challenged us, but there is enough furniture to make it happen. Very comfortable. Thanks Lynda for being such a great host!

Wedding preparation

Lovely big home. Great location. Wonderful view. Spa bath was great. Lots of hot water. Kitchen cabinets are tired but all the appliances worked fine.

We have collected treasures which fill the house and make it a place that people always talk about. We own the Vintage Shop downstairs and Trevor makes a mean coffee and is always up for a chat.

Great comfortable and creative environment, Close to so many wonderful places to visit. You can do a patchwork class down at the Patchwork Shop if you book ahead, organise to get a massage with us. Get Freshly made Coffee delivered up to the house or Breakfast Ciabattas, and do some awesome vintage shopping in the vintage shop.
