There is a locked gate leading on to the park. It is a very quiet area with good neighbours. The living area is open plan with a gas heater and a 65 inch TV with free view and Netflix. Wifi is available and is fast. A very comfortable house.

House was in a good spot close to town and facilities and the hosts were amazing. House was well appointed and suited our needs and we arrived to a clean well-presented property. We would return again.
My friends and I loved staying at Jillβs place - itβs in a great location that backs onto a reserve and has plenty of space inside. Would recommend to any group of friends or family. Thanks again for having us!
We loved staying at this property. It had everything we needed, was super clean and well stocked with linen, towells, food basics and yummy home made shortbread. We loved the outdoor area and bbq and the kids loved the board games. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and town and we were able to just jump on our bikes to get to both. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We came to Gisborne to celebrate my husbandβs 60th birthday. 8 adults- 3 couples and 2 singles and the house was a perfect configuration for us. Lovely kitchen, really nice living and outdoor spaces. We loved our stay
Property was in a great location. We could walk everywhere within 5 or 10 mins. The house is very well equipped. Lounge is very spacious for two families and also has great outdoor living with a covered deck.
This home had everything we needed and is situated in such prime location, close to town and beach. Covered outdoor area meant we could enjoy ourselves outside no matter the weather. So many comfortable beds and large living spaces. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in future.
Everything you could ask for π a literal home away from home with all the creature comforts and then some, such a beautiful house and spot so close to everything and extremely quiet, Jill was amazing always helped when asked and very quick to answer extremely friendly. Absolutely made my family's stay so much better and comfortable made coming home after 7 years away so much better.

We had a short but lovely stay in this batch. Really appreciated the closeness to the cafes, beach, pool and everything. No need to use the car, everything was literally 5 - 10 mins walk away. The skater park next to the house was a great addition to keep the kids busy given the skateboards and scooters were already stacked in the garage for use. I really admired the amount of books they've got, a bliss for a bookworm. Nice furnishings and kitchenware. And thanks for the home baked cookies, yum. We'll be back.

Bookabach seriously at fault - House delightful
We arrived almost on dark to find that we had been given the incorrect address by bookabach. 292a Kahutia St instead of 282a Kahutia St. We knocked on several neighbours doors without success. 1 hour later we eventually located the owners daughter who drove around and rang us with the correct street number. This was unnecessarily stressful. The house interior was perfect and most suitable for our stay.

Family-feel modern home, walking distance to beach
Lovely modern house, with great covered outdoor area. Perfect for large family groups. We spent Christmas here and it was perfect for our family.
The property is right next to a lovely park, and walking distance to the beach, Main Street and countdown
Spacious, comfortable and Well located house for all the activities we had planned around gizzy. Close to the supermarket, well stocked kitchen with plenty of cutlery/plates etc.
