The 2-bedroom, 1-bath Sunsuite is a great option for those planning a family vacation in Jamaica. Ideally suited for 3 – 4 guests; both rooms have a double bed and there is a futon in the living room. As an added bonus, this apartment offers a spacious sun deck with an outdoor dining table, providing guests with a cozy space to enjoy morning coffee or dinner under the stars. Though located nearest to the entrance, the walk from Sunsuite to the beach is less than 2 minutes, and the office is right downstairs so guests can easily grab a beach towel on their way. Garden View. WHERE WE ARE LOCATED We are located approximately 2-blocks south towards the West End Cliffs from the Times Square Mall and the Bourbon Beach where the Knutsford Express shared bus service from Montego Bay (their Negril drop off depot). Taking a cab to Negril or using GPS offline navigation, we are opposite of the Negril Gym for a reference point. You will see our BH sign under a small thatched roof on the beach side of the boulevard.

Great place on a great beach in a great country!

Fun time at Beach House Villas

Overall fun experience at The Beach House Villas in Negril. Good location on 7 mile beach, clean facilities, decent staff, and casual and jamaican vibes as advertised. The sunsuite is located right above the check-in desk at the front of the compound, a pretty decent distance away from the rest of the rooms and it would have been nice to know this prior to booking. We had five staying in the room which was fine, but got crowded in the mornings since there was only one bathroom. The security guards did a great job and we always felt safe on the premises. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance, so don't be afraid to venture out.

Beach House Condos Negril offers affordable, classic Caribbean beachfront accommodations on Jamaica's famous Seven Mile Beach. Each of our units - 10 Apartments, 3 Studios, and 1 Suite - are uniquely styled and privately-owned vacation homes managed locally by Diana and her team.

Though we are not a full hotel operation, we provide 24 hr security and a tour desk from 8AM to 4PM Monday - Saturday. Diana, our on-site property manager, and her team are available to help with any questions or special requests, as well as assistance with booking tours, excursions, and car rentals, should you wish to explore Negril and the surrounding area. Guests wishing to take advantage of the kitchen facilities may also request pre-arrival grocery shopping services for an additional fee. If there's anything we can do to help you prepare for arrival or make your stay extra special, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
