Positioned right next to the golf course and only a short walk to the beach, this property is a perfect family holiday home.
With a lovely cool veranda running around half of the house, this home is comfortable and family friendly. The open plan lounge kitchen and dining has plenty of full length windows giving this home an inviting feel.

The main lounge has flat screen TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas, polished boards, a large wood heater, along with gas heating. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and a large fridge. You will find plenty of platters and salad bowls perfect for bbqs on the deck. There is also a central dining table.

Double French doors lead off the living area out on to the great deck, that has a gas bbq and a good size outdoor setting.

Upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, TV, air conditioner and a covered balcony and the family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

In a loft space upstairs you will find 2 single beds and 1 king size bed, along with a sofa, tv and dvd player. A great space for the kids to hide away.

Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and an ensuite, the other with 2 king singles that can join together to make a king size bed. This area also has a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Phillip Island holiday

Garden, blissful, close to beach and position excellent. Unfortunately house grubby, mega dog hairs throughout, and cupboards crowded with owners possessions.

King bed in downstairs bedroom. Only had linen.advertised.

Great position. 2 small trees fell over in storm 30/12 when power went off. Great set up with lots of platters etc. Big complaint was tradesman working next door at the house getting built. Owners would of known this. Grinding concrete for 4 days! All day - 30/12, 31/12, 2/1 and 3/1. Had to stay inside and keep the door closed and still could hear it. I have a picture and sound if you want to hear it. Otherwise the house and garden were lovely.
