This level has three comfortable bedrooms serviced by the main bathroom with shower and full sized bath, plus a separate toilet and laundry room.

Upstairs features a light filled second open plan lounge, also with a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player/iPod dock with Bluetooth, and a Jotul wood fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter nights. Floor to ceiling windows and doors open onto the impressive outdoor deck, ideal for alfresco dining with the outdoor setting, BBQ and sea views. The large dining area offers plenty of seating alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a Smeg coffee machine that uses Lavazza coffee pods and four pods are provided for each booking. You will also find the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, as well as a split system and powder room.
