The dining table, with seating for six is located in the kitchen dining area, and there are doors leading out to the deck. Added features include Ipod dock, stereo system, DVD's, books and board games ensuring the family has lots to entertain them.
The kitchen is self contained and well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. The outdoor decking is covered and there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting with seating for 8, a lovely spot for alfresco dining,
There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, which adjoins the main bedroom. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The decking runs 3/4 of the way around the house with seating in a couple of sunny spots perfect for relaxing or hiding away to read that good book. The property is partially fenced with a nice garden area and there is ample off street parking.
This property is a short walk to the main shopping strip and there is a V Line / shuttle bus stop close by. This sunny and comfortable property has everything you will need for a great holiday, weekend away or for track events. The garage is not available but may be available for the Moto GP if requested!
