This stunning property in sleepy Silverleaves is less than one minutes stroll to the safety of the Silverleaves beach and has a lovely outdoor shower so you can wash the sand away when you return.

Comfort and style this property contains everything you need for your next holiday. Put your feet up with a good book by the fireplace in the living room, or watch a DVD on the large flat screen TV. Put on some soothing tunes and relax in the delightful sunroom, or take a break on the huge picnic table with a drink or two and your BBQ lunch or dinner which you have prepared in the lovely back yard BBQ area. There has even been a run set up so your delightful dog can come along too. (as long as he/she is well behaved and stays outdoors please).

They have thought of everything in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, serving platters and preparation utensils to help you whip up any meal on the stainless steel gas stove/oven. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The split system in this open plan design will keep you warm and cool whilst you are cooking too.

3 bedrooms of comfort, the 2 main bedrooms are fitted with stainless ceiling fans, and the third room is fitted with a portable fan, a second flat screen TV and mini stereo to keep the kids happy.

The beautiful bathroom has recently been renovated with a huge shower and bath and there is a second toilet located next to the laundry which contains a top loading washing machine and clothes rack for drying.

Close to beach, great front yard...
Had a great week over Xmas at 10 woodlands ave... Short stroll to the beach down a dirt road, and close to the local cafe that does a pretty good coffee! Inside the kitchen and living room is dated but perfect for a family holiday. Aircon cranks, which is crucial on hot days. Two thumbs up!!
