About this property

Seaside Retreat in Rhyll

Upstairs you will find the tastefully decorated open plan living area with plenty of seating for all, TV and stereo system. A fully equipped kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm including gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave and, there's also a coffee machine. Sliding doors off the lounge and dining rooms give you access to the large deck where you will find a bbq to enjoy on those lovely summer days and nights, whilst taking in the water views.

Down on the next level you will find the 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the third with 2 single beds, plenty of room to sleep the entire family. Also on this level you will find the main bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Ducted heating ensures everyone is comfortable on those chilly evenings.

The property also has a laundry with washing machine and dryer and the 2 car garage is available for guest use.

Once you stay you will return again and again!

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Absolutely loved my stay here, 2 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect, so clean and relaxing, loved that you could open the garage door and head straight into the down stairs shower so sand didn’t go through the house, I would book again and definitely will be on our next adventure up to Phillip island , thank you so much , my children loved all the games that were there as well not only up stairs but down stairs also, thank you so much for a great family holiday home experience.

Perfect cosy house

My friends and i loved this property. It was the perfect size for us and the location couldn't have been better with activities and restaurants close by. It was raining for most of the trip but there was heaps of board games, DVDs and a big kitchen to cook inside. Couldn't fault the place at all.

No house keeping

They lied about cleaning the house. The realestate said you can’t get in until the house was clean, after 2pm. The house wasn’t cleaned, it was cleaned a couple of weeks ago. It took me and my daughter 2 hours to clean the bloody place. They wouldn’t send cleaners. I spent two hours of my Christmas holidays cleaning a house, that should of been done. Not recommended unless they clean the house. Don’t waste your time.

Close to beach however musty smell

The property is located within walking distance of the beach and a nice restaurant. The neighbourhood was quiet and we saw the neighbour's rabbit on the front yard every morning. The place also has 3 medium sized bedrooms. However, I do not recommend you stay here if you have allergies. The place smelt very musty. I also had to vacuum up the cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling. My nose was constantly clogged due to the dust. As the ad stated, there are no provisions of linen, towels, hand towels or even toiletries like soap or shampoo. There was limited supply of toilet paper.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s was welcoming, homey and had everything we could need. A quiet spot with handy touches like books, games and toys for little people and a great range of DVDs for rainy days. The glimpses of the coast just added to the relaxed vibe.

The property was excellent on the whole clean, beds comfortable and well equipped kitchen. The only comment I would make is that the taps in the bathroom are hard to turn off, especially for us 'oldies'.

Brought the family to Phillip Island. House tidy, clean and very comfortable. Useable garrage at bottom was awesome for storing fishing gear, clothes and other items. Really impressed. Will be back.
