This quaint holiday home is located in an ideal part of Cowes, quiet area and close to the beach and boat ramp.

The open plan living gives a sense of space and tranquility. The bedrooms are ideally located throughout the property ensure all guests have their own private space.

10 Highland suites both guests for all the seasons of the year. Guests staying in the Summer months will enjoy the air conditioning and entertaining on the outdoor verandah and those who stay over the cooler months will enjoy the convenience of the Coonara wood heater.

This newly listed property is a delight and will ensure that guests will return time after time. The property also has external cameras located at front and rear external entry points for security.

The driveway includes 2 parking spots for regular cars with the ability to also store a boat or caravan further up the driveway.

*Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for the Moto Gp and World Superbike Events Only!

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired directly from South Coast Laundry Services.

*When booking through Obrien Real Estate you will be required to complete an online check in process closer to your arrival date and will need to supply a photo of your drivers license and credit card, please Do Not book if you do not wish to do this!

It is what it is.
Stay was just as advertised. Only hiccup was getting the keys, we were told in the instructions a code to a lock box would be sent on the day of the arrival. However when we got to the house we had still not received an email. We instead had to drive to the O’Brien office. Luckily we just made it within open business hours as I’m not sure how they would have been able to solve that.

What a let down
We arrived at the property to find it FILTHY, the owner had not communicated to get the house cleaned and I we couldn’t believe what we found. We refused to stay and got a different place.

We had a great stay on highland ave. Fantastic location, close to the beach, lots of great books, puzzles etc for the kids to do. I found the main bedroom mattress to be pretty lumpy and uncomfortable, but otherwise the house was fantastic.

Great house and location
Very good house for our family of 5, plenty of space and great layout. We would stay again. The only thing we found slightly problematic was the fan right above the bunk bed steps in the kids bedroom - wouldn’t be a problem for older kids but we didn’t use the top bunk because of this with my 6 year old. It was a hot night so we needed the fan on.

Great big spacious house
We really enjoyed our stay. Great living spaces lots of couches, big dining table and comfy beds. Will be back to stay again.
