Unit 13 -
Sleeps 3 max:If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. It has a queen size bed and a twin bed. It has a tile floor and no carpeting. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, toaster oven, countertop oven, cook top, blender, and a coffee maker. Cabinets contain dishes, cups, mugs and all necessary kitchen utensils. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. The unit has AC, a Smart TV, wifi, and a dehumidifier. Unit opens to a spacious backyard where children can safely play. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
Please bring your own towels for the pool & beach. Shuttle bus runs every half hour to Provincetown and makes all stops. The unit is near Cape Cod National Seashore beaches and town beaches as well. It’s a quiet beautiful place.

Everything was excellent, except the upstairs guests were extremely loud both during normal and quiet hours. Loud stomping and it sounded like they were moving furniture around. Hosts were thoughtful to leave earplugs on the nightstand, but we could feel the thumping from the floor. Other than that rudeness, the place is fantastic.

Lovely and safe location to vacation

Before our arrival the property manager contacted us to make sure we would be able to access our condo. He was very thorough and helpful. The condo was perfect for our needs and extremely clean. The layout was great and the back deck was nice for relaxing after a day at the beach. The property was very compliant with the COVID-19 rules and regulations. Guests are given information upon arrival with what is expected of them during their stay. It put me at ease to know that safety was a priority. Overall, we had a really great stay and may return in the future.

Affordable and clean

Overall my sister abs I enjoyed our stay at Braemer condos. It’s quite small for two but we were often out so it worked out well. It has everything you need but isn’t necessarily a place you want to hang out in (but compared to the beach that’s ok). Love the shuttle option. Wished laundry was available on premises. Overall practical way to enjoy the cape.
