Sleeps 3 Max -If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.
Relax in our comfortable 2nd floor efficiency condominium. Our unit has a new vinyl plank floor, a slider to private deck, heat, AC, Smart TV, bathroom with tub/shower, cooktop, small refrigerator. The unit has a queen-size bed and a trundle bed (two twins). There are fresh linens and cooking utensils. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. Enjoy the private deck with beautiful distant views of Cape Cod Bay. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
The Braemar condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique!
Professional management is on site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.

Clean and cozy

We enjoyed our stay! The units are well equipped with basic necessities and the property is kept up well. This unit is very cozy(small) but near many beautiful beaches and towns.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay there. The efficiency was smaller than we thought with no toaster oven or oven in the kitchen, and a very small regfrig. The deck was great. The inside of the cabinets and bureau were a little musty, but in general, the place was very clean. Good bathroom and queen bed.Great pool. Buses go by, so transportation around Truro and Provincetown is good if you don't want to try and park in P-Town. Town beaches are free after 4:00 PM, but big fee for weekly day pass. Wonderful ocean beaches and bike paths are a short drive away. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great location

Easy to check in late! You can see the ocean peaking out over the trees on the deck. Love the deck - I did yoga there and relaxed in the morning shade and evening sunsets. We biked easily from there to the beach, across rt 6 (careful), and on to the bike path that leads to Head of the Meadow beach where there are nice bathrooms and a not crowded beach. The bike back along the road and across rt 6 making a loop back to the condo made for a good loop that was not too hard. Just be careful during extra busy season. Second day it we did Ptown - so close. You could even bike there too. There is a shuttle during high season. Maurice was responsive prior to rental and super nice to chat with. I have already sent two other groups to this place. Great find, especially off season in May when cape was less crowded. Condo had everything we needed to cook at home.
