Relax in our comfortable condominium. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. This ground floor freshly painted unit laminate floors, sliders to deck, heat, Smart TV and bathroom with tub/shower. This unit has a queen-size bed, futon and set of bunk beds, It is equipped with linens, cooking utensils. a hot plate and full-size fridge. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
This unit has A/C!

The Braemar condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.

Dumpy

The floors were filthy, screen door broken, dehumidifier broken, dishes dirty. The room was super damp and dirty. I wiped the floor and it came up black when I told the front desk she said I don’t expect my cleaning staff to scrub the floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The closet was musty. Recommended you keep looking elsewhere.

Somewhat disappointing

Bed was large and very comfortable. Poor lighting throughout. Insufficient outlets: had to unplug lighting to charge phone, watch, and laptop. WiFi major disappointment; spotty availability if any; kept dropping signal. Toilet about one foot off the ground; I’m 6’5. Very awkward setup with door. Sink lower than standard height. No grab bars in shower. No shower mat; almost slipped a coupe of times. Plenty of hot water. Sofa comfortable but remaining furniture tattered, old, and worn. Location and access to bus to Ptown excellent. If I return, I’d choose a different unit.

First, the manager Travis was super accommodating, caring and a hard worker. The staff, too were great. I was an efficiency unit 15 of the Braemar Condominiums. Slept four comfortably but everything was in one large room. No privacy so that’s important to know. The pictures didn’t show that. We made it work but if you’re not all one family or same gender it might not work for you. Very good location to Provincetown, various beaches, perfect location.

A quick visit

This is our third time at the Braemar condos. Have stayed in two other condos. It is close to beaches, P’town, Wellfleet. The price is right and there were plenty of comfortable beds for 4. Bunk beds worked well for 13 year old and 16 year old and they are comfortable. None of us used the futon but it was comfortable enough to sit on. We stayed for 2 nights. Might need more of a kitchen for a longer stay. Lots of electrical outlets for all of our phones, iPads, etc. Pool was not open due to Covid-19 but that was to be expected. No complaints. ❤️
