2nd Floor Deluxe Efficiency. 24 person max. If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.
There are 2 full size beds that will sleep 4, full bath with tub.
In the kitchen, stove and refrigerator, there is a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave with everything necessary to prepare a full meal and serve it inside or on the deck; with a great view over the meadow and Cape Cod Bay. The tile bath has a tub/shower and there is plenty of room to store all your belongings in the entrance area. Streaming TV, free Wi-fi for all your entertainment needs. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
Relax on the private deck, swim in the pool, enjoy our on site grills and picnic tables, or hop the convenient Flex Bus to near-by Provincetown and the beaches; hiking, biking and fishing are all nearby. Fresh towels are provided, please bring towels for beach and pool. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach
