Sleep Max. 4 - If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Relax in our comfortable 2nd floor deluxe efficiency condominium. It offers a private deck complete with limited bay views. This unit has a queen bed and a pull out sofa. There is a Smart TV. It has a full kitchen with many extras (coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, microwave, Foreman grill, crock pot, steamer, blender. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. There is a table with 4 chairs and a kitchen counter bar. The bathroom has a tub/shower. It also has an overhead fan and a floor fan for your comfort. Enjoy the close proximity to bay and ocean beaches or swim in the deluxe pool. Newly installed luxury vinyl plank flooring and A/C. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Quiet beach condo

The property was conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of North Truro which was perfect for some R&R. The unit itself could benefit from some upgrading but overall it has all the items one would need to comfortably stay. The A/C didn't work properly but thankfully the weather cooperated and we got an amazing breeze through the sliding glass door. The location was perfect as we were a 2-3 min drive from a quiet bay-side beach, Noons Landing, and only 8-10min drive into P-Town. We also took advantage of the shared pool which was clean and had many seating options. I would stay here again.

It was awful!!! The first night we had no toilet or shower. We had to go to the big event we had planned without even being able to shower. Then the property manager was so very rude.

Hi, from my recollection, you arrived shortly after 6 PM, we left the unit open and available to you for a late check-in. If there is a problem in the unit, there is an emergency phone number posted on the office door. We never heard from you until the following morning when you reported that the toilet was clogged. Upon learning of the problem, we contacted our maintenance person and they unclogged the toilet. Prior to arrival the unit had been cleaned by professional cleaning company that had to turn the shower water on and flush The toilet and no issues had been reported to us by our team of cleaners. Sorry , we couldn’t make you visit a happy one – Denise

Vacation during Covid-19

First off the property manager Maurice had everything covered to ensure everyone on site was safe. Between the pre checkin cleaning procedures (door taped after cleaning completed to ensure no on goes in, etc) and signs posted to maintain social distance and wear masks we felt safe. Maurice is very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The space is larger than the pictures illustrate. The vaulted ceilings make it feel more spacious. The bathroom was spotless, and had enough room. The kitchen area was well stocked with appliances and just about anything you would need to cook. The bed was comfortable. Loved the spacious deck for coffee in the morning. The only downside I could mention is that some of the owners on this property don't really care much for vacation renters. Overall this property is ideally located just off Rt 6 on a quieter street. This makes for quick trips into PTown or Wellfleet. There is a decent Italian restaurant within walking distance for a quick pizza or sit down dinner. I love the location and the space and will definitely come back and stay at this property in the future.

Nice Stay

Clean, quiet,well managed property. Maurice, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. Private balcony off studio-sized unit was enjoyable. State Covid precautions were being adhered to by guests and staff on the premises. Pool was not usable at this time. Bay beaches in Truro are small and a bit of a hike. Ocean beaches are more expansive. Being in Truro gives the visitor 10-15 minute access to larger towns and amenities in Wellfleet and P-Town.
