Villa Leccino is a newly built modern house in a quiet village Marići near the town of Labin in Istria, only 12km from the sea and 45km from the Pula airport. Particularly worthy of mention is the large swimming pool with two depths of 150cm and 35cm, a hydromassage, and a large outdoor terrace with summer kitchen. The house has a children's corner with sandpit and swings. In the nearby town of Labin and Rabac all the necessary facilities can be found.
