Perched right on the oceans edge, Jacks Cottage is a beautifully restored beachfront fishing cottage that blends history with modern comfort. Carefully rebuilt using recycled materials from the original structure, this charming home preserves the character of the old fishing cottage while offering contemporary accommodations in one of northern NSWs most scenic coastal areas.

The property features a separate parents retreat with a king-size bed and ensuite, and an open-plan bunkhouse with four king single beds. The bunkhouse opens onto a covered all-weather deck and includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a toilet — ideal for family or group stays.

Furnished with quality fittings throughout, the cottage provides a relaxed yet stylish coastal atmosphere. A short walk brings you to the Wooli Wooli Coffee Shop, Bowling Club, Skate Park, Playground, and Post Office. Enjoy private beach access and the refreshing sea breezes right from your doorstep, making this a quintessential Wooli seaside escape.

Cute, easy, relaxed. Everything we needed. Awesome quiet holiday right on the beach. Dolphin and whale watching and we had a daily visit from a little family blue tongue lizards. Loved it and will be back.

Great location, great accommodation

Loved the separate area with the king bed and ensuite, decor, location, accessibility to beach. Good service from property mgmt when I had a query. The only item is a door missing on the laundry/second bathroom area to get changed as the configuration of the 2nd bathroom doesn't easily allow for getting changed on a wet shower area. Would stay here again.

Great cottage by the Wooli beach!

We had an amazing stay at Jack’s Cottage! A well thought out design made for a super relaxing few days! The adult retreat off the outdoor dining area was fantastic, just felt a bit guilty as the others shared the indoor open area. We will have to take turns for next time! We enjoyed opening up the front doors to ventilate the house even more and enjoy the view towards the river! The yard sloped away from the beach so on windy days we could still enjoy the outdoor area protected from the winds. The coffee shop was also close enough that we could check out the queue before heading over. We will definitely be back to relax at Jack’s Cottage!!! :)

The location was perfect, right on the beach. The house design was unusual but fabulous, the main bedroom isn't in the house, but adjoining the covered pergola out back, so you have your own space if friends or kids come with you !

Delightfully surprising cottage by the sea

Really loved the ambiance of the place. It had all we required to cook and stay comfortably. Only thing it lacked was an entry gate so that our pup could freely lay in the yard. This would have made it perfect.
