Bright and Breezy and Newly renovated!!!

Welcome to "Bright and Breezy," a charming holiday house nestled in the beautiful town of Sussex Inlet. This spacious and well-appointed accommodation offers a perfect retreat for your holiday, with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
- No Wifi

Inside
As you go upstairs into the property, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan design that seamlessly combines the lounge room, dining area, and kitchen. This layout creates a warm and communal atmosphere, allowing everyone to socialise and enjoy each other's company. The lounge room features a large-sized TV positioned above the stairs, providing ample entertainment options for your relaxation.

Outside
To enhance your stay, Bright and Breezy boasts both a front and back verandah, offering tranquil spaces to unwind and soak up the serene surroundings. Whether you prefer sipping your morning coffee on the front verandah or enjoying an alfresco meal on the back verandah, these outdoor areas provide the perfect spots to embrace the coastal atmosphere.

The backyard of this holiday rental is truly a gem, featuring an outdoor dining table where you can gather for meals under the newly built pergola. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for your convenience, allowing you to rinse off after a day of exploring the nearby beaches. The ample-sized backyard offers plenty of space for recreational activities or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Location
Located in Sussex Inlet, this holiday rental offers easy access to a range of recreational activities and attractions. Whether you're interested in exploring pristine beaches, embarking on fishing adventures, or indulging in water sports, this coastal paradise has something for everyone.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Definitely lives up to its name, bright and breezy

We enjoyed our time, spent most days out at the beach but it was good to come back and rest on either of the decks and have some fresh air.

We had a lovely weekend getaway with family. Beautiful location. Only problems were internet and oven weren’t working for our stay. Even so, would stay here again.

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful week at Bright and Breezy! The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for both our families. The house has everything you need, the only bonus addition would be a dryer, we had a pretty wet week. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect little house

My family and i stayed here between 5 to 7 July 2020. Its the perfect location for some downtime with the family. The inlet is literally 2-3 min walk away and it was a perfect fishing spot to fish with our boys (aged 7 and 9). The house is newly renovated, clean and well kept. Kitchen is well equiped which is always a big bonus when a big family travel. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

clean ,comfortable furnishings, comfortable beds, newly renovated . good kitchen. good location. only things that would be handy is a dishwasher and a dryer if wet. A/C works well even has an effect downstairs.
