Seaside Luxury Apartment in quiet area, 25 min fr Split Airport

This Luxury Apartment with swimmingpool is situated in lovely Vinisce Bay which is family friendly village only 25 minutes from Split Airport.

The Apartment is equipped with two bedrooms with very comfortable continental King-Size beds.
You have a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, toilet and a washing machine.
There is also a separate guest toilet.

In the big open living area you have first of all a lovely fully equipped kitchen with big fridge and ice-machine. The kitchen is also equipped with a kitchen island where we put our glass of wine while cooking something nice.
You have a nice sofa-group with sofa and two armchairs and a big TV and Apple-TV.
Connected to the living room you have a lovely balcony with both dining table for 6 persons and nice lounge group. On the balcony you have the most breathtaking view over the bay. You feel so close to the sea and you can follow everything whats happening in the bay.

You have Air-condition, TV, internet and Apple -TV.
The Apartment has a private parking place.
Just a few meters under your apartment you have a very nice swimmingpool with built in steps for children.
The pool is 3,5m x 10m, shared by 4 apartments and is heated early and late season.
Here we also have a nice shared sun beds area.
By the sea only 50 meters from the Apartment you have private sun beds and sofa bed in the shadow and of course access to the crystal clear sea!
This apartment is situated only 800 meter from Vinisce village. It is a very nice walk by the sea and it is totally flat road. Vinisce has 5 nice restaurants that serve very good but not expensive food. You can also find a restaurant with traditional Croatian food and also very good fish & meat restaurant. In Vinisce you have also cafes and a ice-cream cafe with home made ice-cream. You also have post office and ATM-machine.
About Vinisce: The sedate fishing town of Vinisce reclines lazily around a scenic horseshoe bay amid an area of great natural beauty. Verdant hills and secluded coves have led to the area becoming popular with hikers and kayakers.

To make the most of a holiday to Vinisce, car hire is recommended. Other nearby places of interest include Split (35 minutes by car), the Krka waterfalls (45 minutes drive) and of course the many islands located throughout the region.

Great apartment

We were lucky and we were the only ones in the builduing so we had a pool and beach for ourselves. The apartmetnt is clean ang great for spending quality time with friends. Great calm area Grat view from the apartment and swimming pool Comfortable rooms - hard to navigate with long cars. I would recommend checking out the road on google maps. - details on how to enter, wi fi, location of the keys were false in the email we got. We didnt have internet in the area and no phone number to call. Luckly someone was doing something around the house and could help us - issues with wi-fi - (Btw. There is mandatory to complete space to give stars but no comment to what the stars are describing)

Sehr schönes Appartment

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, hatten den Vorteil, dass wir alleine im Haus waren, so dass wir Pool und den Anleger für uns alleine hatten. Sjara, die Housekeeperin war gut erreichbar und hat sich schnell gekümmert. Am Pool fehlt Beschattung oder die Möglichkeit einen Sonnenschirm aufzustellen und eine Luftpumpe für die Fahrräder wäre super.

sehr schönes und modernes Apartment am Hang

Abenteuerliche Anfahrt, >20 Grad Steigung waren uns "Flachlandtirolern" doch gewöhungsbedürftig. Anfängliche Irritationen zur Wohnung konnten per Mail und einer Hausdame vor Ort relativ schnell geklärt werden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig obwohl doch fast alle Wohungen ausgebucht waren. Sehr moderne Austattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der Pool war sauber und nicht zu stark gechlort, der Bereich am Meer lädt zum Verweilen und relaxen ein. Ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und die Küste - unbezahlbar! Die Garage unterm Haus war der kühlste Ort, da aber kein anderes Auto da geparkt hatte, konnte man direkt in einem freien Bereich stehen, die ausgewiesenen Parkflächen könnte man , falls alle den gleichen Wunsch haben dort zu parken, mal freiräumen. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Beim Parken auf den Flächen ausserhalb des Hauses sollten die Bremsen des Autos doch komplett in Ordnung sein ;) . Liebe Grüße an Dominik und Frau!

Ein wundervolles Appartement

Sehr schöne Wohnung, der erste weg war abenteuerlich, da die Straßen sehr eng sind und die Auffahrt zur Wohnung sehr steil, aber nach 2- 3 Fahrten ging auch dies ganz gut! Leider hat das Appartement keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Und ein Sonnenschirm fehlte am Pool, aber ansonsten alles top!!!

Great vacation in Vinisce

We had a great vacation in Vinisce and the apartment was great for us. Lovely to had both the swimming pool and the sea to bath in. Short distance to both Trogir and Split where we went sightseeing and shopping. Would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants a great vacation in Kroatia.

Schöne Wohnung mit Komfort

Die schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz ist gut ausgestattet, ruhig am Ortstand gelegen mit schönen Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer. Privater Zugang zum glasklaren Wasser und eigener schöner Pool mit Liegen. Vielleicht zukünftig mit Sonnenschutz. Nach einer Woche erhielten wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher und eine kleine Reinigung. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr angenehm funktioniert. Die ca. 1,2 km entfernten Restaurants waren alle gut. Wir hatten Mieter über uns, deren Trittgeräusche leider hörbar waren. Technische Schwierigkeiten wurden unverzüglich behoben und die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich -wir würden wiederkommen.

Why they chose this property

WHY VINISCE ?

Vinisce is a small quiet fishing town located in a beautiful bay of clear sea and untouched nature, only 17 km from Trogir.

Vinišće was first mentioned in documents from the Trogir landed estates in 1272, even though the time of establishment has not been completely investigated. Judging by the Illyrian structures and remains of Roman constructions, it was inhabited even earlier. During the middle ages, the area was divided into a Diocese, the southern part along the sea, and Opatija - the northern inland part.
The town has several beautiful churches. The church of the Blessed Virgin Mary (St. George) in Orihovica was established by the benedictions in 1272. Surrounding it is an old cemetery with stone sarcophagi. The Church of St. Antun Padovanski (Lady of Carmella) was built in the 18th century in Vinišće itself. The new parish church of The Heart of Jesus has a painting from an unknown painter from the 9th century. The church of St. Ivan on the Ploče cape was built in 1332 according to the legend where the Blessed Ivan Trogir miraculously saved people from Šibenik whose ship sunk.

VinisceIn the surroundings there are several beautiful bays well known for their attractive pebble and sand beaches - Voluja, Ričevo Vrelo, Stari Trogir, Sićenica. Vinišće has several markets, restaurants and cafe bars.

The place has a small marine, restaurants and cafés, and a short drive can get you to the city of Split, the cultural center of Dalmatia. Vinišće is a place intended first of all for lovers of quiet family vacations in private rooms, apartments, and houses and the destination is suitable for those who wish to have their privacy.

Concerning activities, along with swimming and sunbathing, we can recommend surfing, sport and underwater fishing, and boat excursions. For those who love entertainment and night life, we recommend visiting nearby Trogir, Šibenik, Rogoznica, and Split.
