Immaculately presented home with just a 10-minute walk to Shelley Beach.
Comprises of 3 bedrooms, master includes a large en-suite, a spacious kitchen/dining/living area.
This is the perfect property for one or two small families with a fully fenced garden,.

An extensive northeast-facing deck for outdoor entertaining and BBQs which are accessible through 3 French doors that open out from the living area. Outdoor table seats 10, outdoor sofa seats 6, 2 x Adirondack chairs and 2 x banana lounges.
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout and the kitchen is equipped with Smeg appliances. An extra bar fridge is in the pantry/laundry area.

Lovely cosy home for a quiet family holiday!
