Are you looking for a holiday in a quiet locale, close to Shelly Beach and Portsea. Here it is - a lovely cottage is in a quiet location with Shelley Beach at the end of the street and Portsea Hotel and village about 10-15 minutes walk.

This home has a master bedroom with ensuite plus 2 further bedrooms sharing the main bathroom. With a fully fenced garden and sunny entertaining deck this is perfect accommodation for a family with children.
Complete with air-conditioning in the living area plus all 3 bedrooms and each individually controlled.

Ideal for 2 families, this property is suitable for no more than 4 adults with up to 4 children

Nice property in good location

We stayed at this property as a group of mums. It was exactly as the pictures showed and everything was in good condition. It's walkable to the Portsea pub, if you have flat shoes on :-) Great for group of adults or a family. The only down side was the check in process which was a bit inconvenient. This property requires a $1000 cash bond paid a month in advance and keys were located at the real estate office not on site.

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The house is perfect for 2 families & is walking distance to the pub.

Portsea Stay

Unfortunately the actual cottage did not quite live up to the online pictures. Could be lovely with a little care and attention and a very good clean. Location fantastic within 10 minutes walking distance of Portsea Hotel and other eateries.
