The 800’ mahogany deck offers unobstructed views of South Beach and Katama Bay. Dine on your open-air dining table for eight hours or relax on the alfresco fabric couch with two additional fabric swivel chairs. Then add another outdoor environment, a private outside back on the oversized sun lounging deck and a private outdoor hot/cold shower. This vacation home also comes with sand, a round fire pit for warm, long evenings of enjoyment with friends over the fire, and your favorite classic cocktail. The home is only a few houses down from the loading dock of Katama Bay, so even walking with the beach toys is not daunting. Also, add on the pre-paid clamming license and all the equipment necessary to make this somebody's task to bring home the fresh dinner!

The reverse floor plan takes all the most critical view corridors from the 2nd level. The custom kitchen with high-end appliances, island seating, and a double French door outswing walk-out to the expansive deck. The dining area has an oversized table with eight comfortable fabric chairs. Wonderful for entertaining or setting up the hard-cased Monopoly Board or Backgammon Board from Restoration Hardware, to one of our many 1,000-piece puzzles. If you are ready for the task, it also steps out to the expansive deck. The Living Room offers a large custom couch, smart TV, and countless beautifully crafted pieces of furniture, original art, and accent accessories. There is also a full bathroom powder room for everyone’s convenience. The Master Suite is private, offers fantastic ocean views, large closets, King Size luxury mattresses, and linens, along with a full bathroom.

On the first level, you will find the large additional King Suite with a full private bathroom. This room also has double outswing doors that will take you onto a private deck with a large Sunbrella umbrella and comfortable chairs. This deck has full ocean views and steps into the lush green front yard. The other two bedrooms have been well-appointed with beautiful bedding and share a full bath. There is also a full-size laundry machine. The bonus living room has a gas fireplace and an additional smart TV. The oversized L-couch is from Arhaus. There is also one more bonus area that might interest those looking for a gym. The explosive Power Plate, in addition, you can bring your Peloton shoes, log into your account, and ride the PELOTON There are weights, straps, yoga mats, etc. A great bonus for those looking to keep on track. Outside the first-floor living space, there is another raised mahogany-covered deck with full ocean views and just a very quiet place to unwind and relax after your fun-filled day.

If walking 500 feet to the main entrance of South Beach is convenient or bringing your 4-wheel drive vehicle onto South Beach for the day, this location just can’t be beaten! In addition, just 400 feet down our quiet, seashell beach drive is the entrance to the bike path that will open you up to all the amazing bike/jogging paths this island has to offer your group. And the kids will tell you that this home is exactly a 2-mile bike path ride from the Candy Store on the dock off Main in Edgartown. One of our family favorites is grabbing a dozen fresh eggs from the Farm Institute that is less than a mile.
