This exceeded my expectations with the high quality of the living areas and all the extra amenities for cooking and dining.Very quiet and well kept up area. I would highly reccommend it.
Totally enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable for our group of six and the location was great for hiking in the park. We were very pleased with the well stocked kitchen, we enjoy eating in and I found every utensil needed for preparing meals. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Easy to find. Close to the town of Grand Lake and the RMNP. The neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We were a bit concerned about not having air conditioning, but the temps were quite cool at night. We used the heat several mornings. The house was comfortable for the four of us and we would definitely stay there again!

The house was fine and the location was stellar. Saw lots of wildlife in the neighborhood as well as in the Park.
The home was perfect for visiting the National Park. We even had a moose walk by right outside our living room window! Very nice to just walk around the neighborhood where we saw fox and deer. House has everything you needed. Highly recommend

Comfy Getaway
The house was perfect for our annual NYE mountain trip. It’s equipped with just about everything you need from kitchen to laundry room. Very clean and comfortable and updated. Nestled in a cozy mountain neighborhood and surrounded by nature. 10 minutes to Grand Lake, 35 minutes to Hot Springs and 40 minutes to Fraser/Winterpark. The home accommodated 6 comfortably as well; towels, blankets, kitchen supplies etc. Will definitely reserve again! Host is communicative with ease of check in and instructions/directions.
We spent a few days here with friends who were visiting from Germany and the house was really quite cute and had plenty of room. We could not use the beautiful backyard because of the fire ban, but that's not the owner's fault. Everything in the house worked well and our friends said it was perfect! The only down side was that the mattress in the second bedroom was horribly uncomfortable (luckily, my husband and I stayed there - not our international friends). Other than that, everything was great and we had a fun time!

Mountain Birthday Experience
I invited my brother from Minnesota and some friends to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday and give them a mountain snowmobiling experience. We wanted to rent a cabin that would allow us to ride in Grand Lake, Rabbit Ears, and Vail Pass areas. I rented this cabin that would be in close proximity to all the areas. We all loved the cabin. It had the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that would allow us to have privacy and get ready quickly each morning for a day of amazing snowmobiling. The parking for two four place snowmobile trailers were perfect for loading and unloading gear. The home has everything you would need to cook all meals and relax after a day of riding. It was in the perfect location for us to get to each area and not have to deal with the traffic when driving each day from Denver. It was very reasonably priced. Everyone had a blast with this home as a base for an amazing mountain snowmobiling experience. Also, the Grand Lake area has some of the best tree riding since the forest fire went through allowing for thousands of additional acres of off trail tree dodging!
Loved the house perfect location. Nice spacious home for myself, my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and 14 month old grandson. Because I believe you can always improve, my only suggestion is to get a matress topper or new matress for main floor bedroom. Host was awesome to work with.
We stayed here for our annual girls hiking trip and it did not disappoint! This house and location are great. Easy access to RMNP and Grand Lake. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, as well as spices and basic staples. We loved sitting in the balcony and enjoying our coffee and the fresh air. So sad to see the fire damage near by. We will definitely be back.
Was the perfect spot for a friend get away - enjoyed the fire pit, coffee on the little deck, and relaxing while cooking meals inside. Nice neighborhood for walking, close to town but with trees and area we still felt like we had some privacy. Enjoyed the town, got out on the lake, did some hiking - it was a wonderful spot and time of year to be there.
Places was great! Stan was very responsive to all my inquiries.
Price of the house was great but all the add on fees by the rental website was no fun to see the price go up significantly.

Lovely mountain cabin equipped with everything we needed. Great location for a quiet, and relaxing vacation. Very clean, plenty of room for our group of 4. I would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic Mountain Getaway
Loved It! Perfect Get-A-Way home! Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cute mountain cabin. The cabin is lovely, clean and well maintained. Our five were very comfortable. The cool summer weather was a welcome break and perfect for fishing, hiking and kayaking. Grand Lake has so much to do!
We enjoyed the backyard and firepit. The kids made S'mores while we enjoyed a glass of wine each evening. We had a visit from a moose and her twins! The neighborhood is quiet and so convenient to the golf course, town and Rocky Mth National Park.
We look forward to an opportunity to return!

Perfect Mountin Cabin!
We LOVE this place! Thank you for the warm welcome and the beautiful place to stay. We truly enjoyed our stay. This cabin is clean, well stocked and easy to find. The entire area around the cabin is serene and the wildlife is roaming freely. Saw a Moose! What a nice surprise!
We were able to enjoy a day of snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Forrest which was accessible just up the road. We rented snowmobiles from a great place close by and road them right over to Stillwater pass to enjoy the groomed trails. We are already planning our return trip this summer for hiking, biking and boating on Grand Lake. If your looking for a place to bring the family and make some memories, you don't need to look any further.
