Please be aware that some noise may travel between apartments, especially if doors and window are open. Situated on a bustling intersection. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and helping everyone enjoy this peaceful retreat in Bend. Location, Location, Location!

I stayed for a month in the summer of 2025. This property has the most amazing location! The only time I used an Uber/Lyft was from the airport. It's right across from Drake Park, so it was very easy to walk to all the events that were going on. I walked easily to many restaurants and breweries around the area (downtown, Old Bend, West Bend, and Old Mill). You can hear some noise from the adjoining rentals, but it was fairly minimal. The area is exceptionally clean and very safe. I will definitley be staying here again.

Amazing location for a longer stay in Bend.

The apartment is very cute and has everything you need. The owner and manager are very thoughtful and respond immediately. You are in the middle of two other rentals and have a beautiful view of Mirror Pond and Drake park. The location is amazing and you always have a parking spot. There is laundry available and the neighborhood is very cute and neighbors are friendly. I was her for a month vacationing in Bend and had friends stay with me off and on. I felt very safe and comfortable and wished I could have stayed longer.
