Great stay- close to everything

Our family stayed here to attend a family wedding. It was a perfect location. Everything was as pictured. Lots of room to spread out. We loved the porch for extra seating.

Easter Getaway

It was a nice property and Rochester is great because it's small enough and the house is centrally located that you aren't far from anything. Everything worked and we had a good weekend.

This house was great for our family of kids and grandparents. It was packed with extra pillows, sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, condiments, etc. it was a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and covered patio.

Great older home with lots of space

Nice space to hang out! Love the screened in porch! Nice little patio! 4 nice sized bedrooms. Our contact was quick to respond with any needs we had! We would definitely choose this property again- the whole family enjoyed it!

Perfect location near many amenities

Stayed for a girls weekend, was nice and close to many thrift stores, activities, and churches. House had a garage to park one car. House was cleaned and well prepared for us. Seamless and easy process.

Family Visit

The house allowed us all to stay together while visiting a family member going through clinicals at Mayo Clinic. Enjoyed being together after dinners at The Crave and Victoria's...recommend both highly. Visited LTS Brewery and Kinney Creek Brewery...both very fun and good brews. House was cozy, just not quite as clean as we expected. Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a short visit with family. Quiet neighborhood near the interstate and close to everything. We were having difficulty with one of the TVs and the owner offered to be there in an hour to fix it. Plenty of plush towels for everyone. The jar of M&Ms on the table was a nice extra touch to welcome us.

Comfortable house, Great location

We were in town for the Mayo Clinic, one left and two right turns and we were there, less than 5 minutes. We happen to be there during a major snow event and the home owner asked about our schedule and came over and cleared the driveway and walkways of the new accumulations of snow each day. What a blessing! Fantastic WIFI speed and the house had many amenities.

Close location to St. Mary's/Mayo

This property is a good option for families who need to be close to the Mayo for an extended stay. The number of rooms accommodated our family well. While the bathrooms were small, there were plenty of place settings for a group for dining. The games & puzzles at the location were a nice bonus to keep kids occupied. The extra towels & blankets in the closets were also helpful to have on hand. The screened in porch was great for temporary storage and having a washer & dryer on site was a definite plus.

The Nice Place

There’s a lot to like about this house. There’s a washer/dryer on the premises. The basement has areas to let people play games, watch TV, and exercise without disturbing the rest of the household. There’s a good water filter. The house is easy walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other shops. There were a couple of areas that needed TLC, but nothing major that detracted from our enjoyment of the place.

Great place for ladies weekend

This house was perfect for a ladies get away weekend. There were 4 of us. We only had to drive an hour to get to it and it was very convenient for us to go out to eat, shop, and hang out together. The living room was perfect for us to relax and chat. The kitchen table was perfect for playing cards. We each had our own bedroom and all beds were very comfortable. We would come back to this house. The house was very well stocked and was very clean. Although the house is older it has been updated and was nicely done.

This house is in a good location to quickly get around the Rochester area. However, the pictures of the home need to be updated. The house is no longer white, it's blue. There is a screened in porch but, all the screens are covered with plexiglass, making it so hot in there we couldn't use it. The porch also had new furniture but the old stuff was left in the porch pushed up against the walls.The washer and dryer were not pretty new red machines, they were old white ones. There was also dirty laundry downstairs by the machines from the previous guests.

Needs some attention

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and had decent outdoor seating. However the house was not clean at all. It had years of dirt accumulated in it. The kitchen really needs a thorough cleaning on everything, carpets were dirty. Listing not accurate in terms of what was provided in the house. Contacted the property manager about something; they responded quickly telling me to contact the owner. When I contacted the owner, he never contacted me back.

Cozy Home, Great Location

We had a very pleasant stay at Chuck's house. While not elaborate, it was cozy and inviting, with plenty of space for our three adults. It included everything we needed for our three-night stay (linens, kitchen supplies, etc.). I appreciated the treadmill and exercise bike in the basement (and a gorgeous laundry set up). The location was convenient: HyVee is practically across the street; two good restaurants within a minute; nice walking path through a park within a block; easy on and off the freeway; and a nice quiet neighborhood. Chuck was attentive to our needs, and even came over to help us with the TV. We enjoyed meeting him.

Nice house and yard

We had 8 people stay in the house. It was clean and well stocked with towels, linens, extra blankets. A Kuerig machine stocked with coffee was a nice touch (we forgot to pack coffee). Plenty of games to keep us busy and a nice yard for yard games, location was great too. Will definitely stay here again when in Rochester.
