**UPDATE**
The Property directly south of Emerald Beach (Greensleeves), has started unexpected re-furbishment works. We understand this is expected to last well into 2020 with no finish date provided. The Greensleeves estate is over several acres & we are monitoring the situation but must advise there may be noise disturbance during this period.

Each villa has three generously large air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, two on the upper level and one of the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions and feature mosquito screens at all windows as do the bathrooms.

In addition to excellent beach and swimming facilities, there is a large saltwater pool for the exclusive use of residents.

Please note that the Property south of Emerald Beach is currently under construction. During this time there will be some noise disturbances to the Emerald Beach Villas. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on the progress of the project as we receive them.
