D Gowdy Suite 1 is ground level with private key-less entry and screened porch with skylight. The hot tub is located out the front door in the Aspens and is shared with the other rental on the property. The bedroom has a 32 inch TV and king size bed. The kitchen has all essentials and extras. The living area has a couch, desk and 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th.

The Gowdy Manor is a 6 bed 4 bath Victorian home located in the heart of Lake City walking distance to restaurants and downtown, sleeps 16. The Bonnie Rose is another Victorian home built in 1902 and recently restored is a 5 bed 2 bath that sleeps 12. The Gowdy Studio, sleeps 3. The Gowdy Apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath, sleeps 4. The Gowdy Suite 1, sleeps 4 and the Gowdy Suite 2, sleeps 6.
