About this property

The Keys Studio Apt

The Keys is a studio apartment with a private entrance via the outside spiral staircase. One bedroom with a large master bath. The kitchenette features a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, and an air fryer.
Watch the boats cruise down the Cotee River from your room or outside on the screened-in patio.

If you'd like to check in early, check with me. It's possible. If you are only staying one night, check with me on a reduction in the cleaning fee.

There are 4.5 other units available on the property. The half-room is the Hostage room. Lol! It is located downstairs inside the house, featuring a private 1/4 bath. It is less than 100 sq ft but is cozy with a TV, bed, dresser, a/c, and a 1/2 bath across the hall. It's usually used by guests who are visiting full-room guests. Ask me for info.

Private dock. Boaters Paradise is located on the Cotee River about .5 mi from the open Gulf. Bring your fresh catch (grouper, tuna, Mahi, snook, sheepshead, and more) and throw it on the grill. Giant outside property on the river with dock access.

My friends say the house is haunted. Lol! The man who built the home is also said to haunt the downtown Suncoast Theater. You can make your own decision. If Willard does haunt the house, he is a nice ghost. No clocks will keep time, so you'll notice there aren't any in the house.

Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars.

There are several places nearby to rent boats, paddleboards, and bicycles. I have/ several kayaks which are free to use.

Golf cart rental is also available.

Visit downtown New Port Richey, home to several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. Try Tropical Breeze Casino.

Barbeques are available. Pick from a smoke, gas, or charcoal grill.

Extremely clean, well-behaved pups are welcome with an additional $25 fee.

Buy cheap hot dogs to feed the birdie (Rudy). He's the one in the pictures.

Beautiful and relaxing

My husband and I stayed here for a week. Amy and her staff were very nice and helpful. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony and watching the sunrise over the river. Her doggies were very friendly as well. And the Easter bunny even hid candies in our room for us to find.

This is a second level, clean, comfortable, well kept, one bedroom apartment. The view from the apt. is beautiful with the river and boats. Amy was most helpful and engaging. A very relaxing stay. It is a great location for day trips to area attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Scalloping

Great location to take the boat out scalloping in Pasco county. Be aware that there isn’t a full kitchen. The dock is a good size but given that there is more than one unit for rent here, if there’s more than one family staying with a boat, it can be tight for more than one boat to fit. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Cute place, beautiful view of the river! Only downside was either the tv or conversations downstairs into the late night hours could be heard in the studio we rented. Also the dog barking in the middle of the night one night kept us up.

My place is perfect for fishing off the dock. Trout, sheepshead, tarpon, snook, alligator gar, etc.

A fire pit sits by the seawall where you can relax, and keep warm.
Free use of kayaks.

There are Adirondack chairs that can be taken to the seawall or dock. Sit back and wave at the boaters passing by.
