ATLANTIC OCEAN SUITES is steps from the beach and minutes walking to the center of town, the pier and the Palace Playland! AOS features one or two bedroom suites each with 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a living/dining area. ATLANTIC OCEAN SUITES has a heated, indoor salt-water pool with an adjacent patio. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool is accessible via a lift for those with difficulty navigating the steps. Amenities available include grills, beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie and skim boards and assorted beach toys for young children.

ATLANTIC OCEAN SUITES has 2 mobile pay Maytag washer/dryer combo machines in the office for your use during office hours.
Atlantic Ocean Suites is a smoke-free and pet-free property.
SAND DOLLAR SUITES feature a large picture window facing the beach. You can enjoy these ocean views from the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The dining room table comfortably seats six. Sand Dollar Suite #5 is on the second floor.

The kitchen area features full-sized modern appliances and includes fully stocked cabinets. The galley style kitchen has a bar height serving counter. Whether you want to do some cooking or just bring in some take-out from the many local restaurants, the kitchen can accommodate your dining choices.
The living room area features upholstered furniture in soft hues that blend with the blues, greens and sand-colors of a beach locale. The hi-definition LED TV is available with cable service. Local artists have contributed the artwork on the walls, depicting historical Old Orchard Beach or beach scenes.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed that can easily accommodate 3 guests. If additional sleeping space is needed, the sofa in the living room opens to a queen sleeper.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a seat. The vanity is oversized with plenty of storage for each guest's toiletries. Please note: the entire property is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
The first floor SAND DOLLAR SUITE is accessible via a ramp for guests who have difficulty navigating the stairs to the second and third floor units.
