You'll be enjoying in lovely small house and huge property wich will allow you to spend all your holidays ideas without restrictions any kind. Not only that, it will ensure you to avoid or to take break from high hot summer rushes wich rolls all around Medulin or Ližnjan..You are there, close, but you can keep your privacy and peace protected just for you and family any time you wish.

After check in, you are absolute boss in the place...enjoy in every single part of property, be relaxed bellow few huge oaks and their refreshing shade wich will helps you to cool down after sunbathing and poolswimm, take a nap amongst 56 olive trees or just enjoy in the sound of wind, pure nature and birds chats

Dear guests, you can call as any time during your holidays in our (your) Holiday home. You are welcome to ask any advice, suggestions or information wich will ensure you pleasant and unforgettable stays at our (your) place :)

Practicaly, none neighbor around to disturbe your peace and privacy: from two neighbor sides propertys are without any close buildings or human activities, other sides of property are well surrounded by green trees and walls

We are well situated in the middle of attractive tourist zone: sea and beach are easy to reach by car 5 to 10 min wether you look for small local beach of large family one); large shopping centar mainly for food and daily necessities is 300 m away;sport aeroport 1,5 km away, Riding club, Adrenalina park, tourist agencies, bars and restorans in Medulin and Ližnjan easy to reach...

Potentially, we offer fantastic beggining of your holidays: shiatsu massage wich will help you to immediately step relaxed in your vaccations.

We had a wonderful time at this house!The house itself is well-maintained and and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay – from kitchen equipment to cozy furniture and thoughtful details.But the absolute highlight was the garden with the pool. Even with temperatures around 37C, it was easy to stay comfortable thanks to the shaded areas and the refreshing pool. The garden is beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing – whether sunbathing, barbecuing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.Our dogs also loved it and enjoyed the garden just as much as we did. It’s a great place for both humans and pets to unwind. We would definitely come back!
