Latitude Adjustment is the perfect place to relax and unwind from the world. Easy walk-in to the water offering a natural sandy beach, and dock available for boat tie up. This spacious five-bedroom home offers one level living with a finished basement. Three bedrooms are located on the main level and two bedrooms are on the lower level. There are two areas for entertainment, one on the main level and one on the lower level, ideal for the group to spread out. Large deck overlooking the water, perfect for hanging out or cooking on the gas grill. Come enjoy a long weekend or a weeklong getaway here at Lake Anna!

Decent stay but sour ending

If you plan to spend half of your vacation being a cleaning service for the rental company, then this is the place for you. I could talk about the cobwebs all over the exterior of the house or the fact that we could smell the septic tank in the backyard, but what really frustrated our group was the surprisingly large fees at the end of the trip. This ain't hospitality you'll get from any other rental. Make sure you collect all your trash bags (but not too many) and clean their kitchen spotless. Also make sure to take plenty of photos of the house at the beginning of your trip, because they will inspect everything and claim damage if they cannot remember if a crack was caused by you. Vrbo won't be able to help you either with any complaints. Fees are charged directly from Dockside Realty's system, so even when Vrbo support agreed with us that the actions taken by the company were unreasonable, they cannot help you. Other than that, Lake Anna was nice.

Pretty nice spot!

Next to a private access dock (never busy) and a house on the other side. This is on the "hot side" of the lake, so the water was 85+ not bad, but rough when it's 100 out. Wide open layout on the place, pictures do not do it justice. Small issues: no dishwasher soap, no sponges, you have to get your key 15 mins away on checkin and drop it there on checkout, you have to bring your trash to a convenience center 15 mins away to the end of your trip. Overall, pretty awesome.

Great property for young children. Lake access is great for young children. Sandbox was great once we cleaned it out. Living room/Dinning area a bit small for large group.
