Best View on Lake Anna!

NOTE - one renter so far - BAD REVIEW due to daughters dog allergies.. HOME IS VERY CLEAN but pets ARE allowed. Don't choose this home if you have allergies!

Eagle View - wonderful and private lakefront home with five bedrooms, three full baths and gathering areas inside and out! Forest entrance to the 2 acre lot, opening to an adorable house, parking for at least 4 cars, and a landscaped hill leading to 100 feet of waterfront.

Deck on the rear of the home is great for non-swimmers, and another deck close to the water provide the perfect place to swim, picnic or just watch boats. Have your own boat? Launch it less than a mile away at Christopher Run and pull up to our dock. Firepit in the rear yard provides a spot for making memories. Plenty of room for outdoor games (some provided).

Main living area is a great open space with large kitchen breakfast bar. Dining room table seats 10 people. Home has three TVs, in the living room, family room downstairs, and in the main bedroom upstairs. Master bedroom has a soaking tub and separate shower. Lower level has wet bar, TV seating area, ping pong table and dart board.

Located near convenience store, gas station, grocery store and several restaurants. Veterinary nearby if needed.

Wonderful Stay

Words can't fully express how incredible Beth (the host) was. Our family had a fantastic stay at the lake house. Beth's communication was excellent, and the house offered stunning lake views and plenty of fun games for everyone. We’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect House for Lake Life

A great house in a great location on the lake. Clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The dock is far enough away from boat traffic that the kids were able to play non-stop in the water without any worries. The host was friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the better vacation rental houses we have ever rented.

Perfect location!

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was in a great location with a beautiful view. The house was clean and well supplied. We have a family member with bad dog allergies and she didnt have any issues (and we even had our dogs). Beth was fantastic and responded promptly to any questions I had and even kept me updated when she couldn't be reached (brief period). We highly recommend this house!

A gem

The house was accessible and roomy. Having younger and older people in our group, the property met everyone’s needs and exceed expectations. Having the deck/dock with direct water access was especially nice. The owners were super helpful and precise in their communication. Our group is looking forward to making this an annual tradition now.

Lovely house with amazing views!

The house is wonderful! Well equipped kitchen, games galore, pet-friendly, on a great part of the lake. Super convenient to Tim’s restaurant, mini-golf, arcade, and ice cream. The views off the deck are amazing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the lower level with ping pong, digital dartboard, kitchenette, and TV. Swimming off the dock was great. The fire pit area is also a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive before, during, and after our stay. They made planning for our trip a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location was great with beautiful views of Lake Anna. We were looking for quick lake getaway and the house is in close proximity to boat rental. Unfortunately the house was not clean upon arrival. The rental allows for pets and the house was covered in pet hair. We ended up leaving early as a result.
