Cozy apartment near the beach with sea view

In our attic apartment (first time occupancy July 2011) you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. In addition to a bedroom, which connects directly to the bathroom with whirlpool, is in the upper attic room another double bed with magnificent sea views available. A cozy living room with TV, sofa and stool and a fully equipped kitchen with seating provide all kinds of comfort. In good weather, you can enjoy the sun and the view to the Baltic Sea on our balcony, protected from the wind.

The apartment is located in the attic. The balcony is oriented to the north-east.
From May to September, a free beach chair is available at the beach just 80 meters away.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick aus fast jedem Fenster. Das Tageslichtbad ist ebenfalls ein echter Pluspunkt.Leider hatten wir überlesen, dass es - anders als in den meisten anderen Wohnungen- keine Waschmaschine und auch keine Sauna gibt. Es ist auch hellhöriger, als wir es aus anderen Wohnungen kennen.

Eine sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit schönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Im Sommer auch nicht zu warm, da durch die ganzen Fenster jede Menge frische Luft zirkulieren kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Was uns auch positiv gefallen hat, war der Strandkorb am Strand, dieser gehörte mit zur Wohnung dazu.

Wir waren zufrieden mit einigen Einschränkungen.Checkin war unkompliziert und ein freundlicher Empfang. Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Ein Wasserkocher, Toaster, Senseo ,Filterkaffermaschine sowie eine Mikrowelle und Backofen waren vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Einmal war der Abfluss verstopft da wurde sich umgehend drum gekümmert und erneuert,sehr freundliche Dame.Da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist gab es Einschränkung wie kein schöner Balkon da die Mauer aus Sicherheitsgründen hoch war und man im sitzen davor schaut.Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat keine Türe und ist sehr klein.Die Lage ist super alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gab einen eigenen Parkplatz und einen Aufzug im Gebäude da die Wohnung in der 4. Etage war sehr praktisch. Leider keine Klimaanlage wir haben dann gut gelüftet. Richtig verdunkeln kann man mit den Plisees nicht.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Allerdings recht hellhörig, zur Nachbarwohnung.Uns fehlten bei einer Belegung von 4 Personen, zwei weitere Stühle auf dem Balkon.Toll war der Strandkorb für die ganze Woche.

Aufenthalt war soweit ganz okay. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, wurde ausgetauscht.Da der Kühlschrank schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr richtig kühlte, wurde ein neuer Kühlschrank eingebaut. Nochmals werde ich keine Zustimmung zum Wechsel eines Gerätes in einem Urlaub geben.

Nie wieder!

Großenbrode ist wunderschön, das Objekt perfekt gelegen. Aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Whirlpool wie beworben war defekt, zwar als Badewanne nutzbar aber extrem verschmutzt (Haare der Vormieter in den Whirpooldüsen sowie überall blaue Ablagerungen). Dunstabzugshaube war nicht funktionsfähig. Kühlschrank dreckig und hat nicht richtig gekühlt.Spülmaschinentür defekt aber nutzbar. Fehlendes Plissee im Wohnzimmer. Sorry aber was wir für unser Geld gebucht haben, haben wir nicht bekommen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung war für uns fast perfekt. Wir fanden den Hochtisch mit den Stühlen zu hoch. 10 cm tiefer wäre besser. Ideale Sicht auf die Ostsee. Der Strandkorb wurde auch täglich genutzt. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können aber das kann man ja leider nicht buchen :)

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wegen dem schlechten Wetter konnten wir die Terrasse mit Meerblick zwar nicht nutzen, aber vielleicht ein anderes Mal, wenn wir wieder in Großenbrode Urlaub machen.

Gut - mit 2 Kritikpunkten

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in Großenbrode in einer der Wohnungen der insgesamt ca. 15 Wohnungsblöcke. Bisher alles Top, Wohnungen, Gegend, Strand und Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung Sonnenschein 30 ist generell auch nicht schlecht, für gut gibt es aber 2 Punkte die einfach gestört haben. Die Barhocker-Sitzgruppe ist so unbequem, dass ich ab Tag 3 bevorzugt habe im Stehen zu frühstücken. Noch mehr gestört hat der Balkon wo man wenn man mit kleineren Kindern reist abends dann die Aussicht zum Meer genießen möchte. Leider ist die umgebende Mauer so hoch, dass man sitzend nichts außer dem Himmel sieht - und ich bin 2m groß. Auch mein Sohn mit 1,25 m Körpergröße konnte selbst stehend nichts sehen um mal von oben das Meer zu betrachten. Wie man das so bauen kann ist mir ein Rätsel. Dass die Betten / Matratzen auch etwas seltsam waren erwähne ich am Rande, da sicherlich recht subjektiv zu sehen.

Super Lage, tolle Wohnung.

Wohnung liegt 50 Meter vom sauberen Strand entfernt. Absolut familienfreundliche Umgebung, tolle Angebote für die Kinder, tolle Spielplätze. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist „hochwertig“ eingerichtet. Willkommensmappe war gut gestaltet mit guten Tipps.
