Nicely furnished and remodeled, this three bedroom, two bath ranch style home has everything you need to unwind and relax. With 1500 square feet of living space plus a pool table and large covered patio out back, there is plenty of space to vacation Palm Springs style.
Inside, you are greeted by the entertainment area of the home. The living room has a sectional sofa and HDTV so everyone can gather to watch a movie or the big game. And the fully stocked kitchen and dining area open to the game room so nobody is left out while one of you is cooking or playing a game of pool. The game room features a pool table, sliding door to access to bbq and pool area, as well as a fold out cabinet queen bed for additional sleeping space.
In the master suite, enjoy a comfortable Cal King size bed, the en-suite bathroom, or open your personal door to the pool outside. The two guest bedrooms feature a king size bed and a Queen bed as well as HDTVs. Both steps away from the guest bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside, you will relish the sparkling salt-water blue swimming pool and spa that have terrific mountain views to the West. There is plenty of lounge and dining seating poolside to take in the sun and enjoy an ultimate Palm Springs weekend. Even chill by the newly installed firepit for those cooler nights.

Coachella Stay

Great place to use as a base for coachella - a great pool to hangout in, pool table to keep you entertained, 15 min walk to the shuttle stop and electronic locks so no need to worry about who has the keys at the end of the night!

Palm Springs Good and Bad

This property was excellent and we enjoyed staying there. It was convenient to groceries and downtown. Overall it was a very nice property. What was bad was that a reservation I had make at another property on Mar 4 was cancelled without warning on Mar 18. (Our trip began on Mar 25 and arrived in Palm Springs on Apr1.) I had to scramble to find another available property and ended up paying $2000 more.

Lovely!

This is a comfortable house in the perfect location for a Palm Springs getaway. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities although you may want to just stay at the house and enjoy the fantastic pool all day. We look forward to coming back and will request this property again.
