Edinburgh City Centre. The first floor (US = 2nd floor) apartment dates from 1804 and is located in the west end of the Georgian New Town by Charlotte Square. Edinburgh's wealth of excellent restaurants, bars, art galleries, and the fine shops of George Street are at your doorstep. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Original period features including a bow end sitting room with marble fireplace and wooden flooring and working shutters throughout the property, are complimented by modern bathrooms and bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with large dining area that will easily sit 8 people. Access to extensive private gardens in Queen Street is included.

We had a great stay! The Stockbridge location was perfect, and the home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for our large family. Check-in was easy, and the house had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment in a great location in central Edinburgh. Clean and large rooms with an excellent kitchen. The beds are exceptionally hard and not good for side sleepers. Very good communication with the owner.

We loved our stay here! It was a perfect size for the 6 of us. We loved spending time cooking meals in the kitchen and playing games in the family room. The location is great. Nice area and a close walk to the castle, shops, food, and train station. We also loved the key to the private park right across the street. It was a such a tranquil hideaway and fun addition to the stay. Definitely recommend!

Perfect apartment location for visiting the castle and Royal Mile and other Edinburgh sites. Our family of 4 adults was very comfortable in the three bedrooms. More room than we needed but it was nice to have elbow room! We had breakfasts in the apartment and ate out for other meals but could easily have cooked meals in. Great bakery across the street and restaurants just a block away. Thanks again for a great stay!

My family all agreed that this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed in while traveling. The home was comfortable. It was clean it had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone and all our things. It was convenient to the places we wanted to go to in the city.The kitchen was well equipped. It even had ice :) The shower was big enough for my very tall people and hot. The towels were large bath sheets (bring your own washcloths, and we always do). And as Americans used to a big tumble dryer, we truly appreciated that the dryer allowed our clothes to be closet dry and we didn’t have to hang everything up.William is a lovely host and this is an excellent property.

Fantastic Place!

The location is ideal. 10-15 minute walk to everything. The home has a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, great showers and the wifi worked well. I would definitely stay here again. I can’t stress enough how convenient it was to restaurants, sightseeing, and groceries. We really enjoyed it.

Absolutely lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Great location, plenty of room, a great place to use as a base to explore the city and also a comfortable place to relax after all the exploring. Excellent communication with the host. A excellent stay in Edinburgh!

This property was perfect for our visit to Edinburgh! The apartment was very comfortable and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk easily to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and Arthur's Seat. The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Perfect stay

My family enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. So much charm with modern amenities. It was super comfortable for five of us. The kitchen had everything a cook needs. The location was superb, so close to everything. Lots of pubs and restaurants to chose from in the area. Communication with the owner was clear and easy. Highly recommend! We loved staying here and will gladly book again!

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh

Roomy flat with a great kitchen, washer and dryer. Very close to restaurants and stores, including grocery stores. Very walkable city. Close to trains station, tram and bus stops. Uber is easy to use. A block or two away from the crowds.

Perfect Edinburgh Location!

William has a wonderful flat in the most perfect location!! Outside the front door you have views to Edinburgh Castle and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay we walked to The Castle, George Street, Princess Street/Gardens, Dishoom and St James Wuarter. It is so central. Plus the kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed making breakfast each morning plus got provisions at farm shop for dinner one night. Would highly recommend staying here!
