Perfect Spot

Our family loved this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were situated so everyone had their privacy. Very clean and stocked well. The location was 5-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the porch and friendly neighborhood. We would book again when in the Charleston area.

A Modern Retreat

We couldn’t have been more impressed with the location and house itself! The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. It is so thoughtfully decorated, modern, and clean. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. It is the perfect location if you’re looking to split time between the beach and downtown Charleston. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood offers many beautiful areas to walk, cute restaurants, and impressive homes to admire. If we’re back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent House in Old Village

We rented this house over Memorial Day weekend. It is exactly as advertised and really clean. The location is central to many things in Mount Pleasant and outside space is excellent. Will be our first choice when returning.

Wonderful

Very spacious, beautiful place. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the open layout, the beautiful decor in most rooms, the wonderful outside space with trampoline, basketball hoop, bikes, the swing, beach toys, etc. Our kids were busy playing a lot which made us happy. Highly recommend this place overall and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Few things that we didn't love was the not so fashionable and cluttered master bedroom compared to the rest of the house, not a great master bathroom (I ended up using other bathrooms), no hair dryers and dirty couches/arm chairs made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for the price we paid. But we managed to look past it and still enjoyed our vacation very much!

Highly recommended

We stayed at this property over the Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding. This home was perfect for our needs. The property is very comfortable, well-maintained and conveniently located to Patriots Point, beaches, and several very good restaurants. An added plus if you are traveling with small children – our 18 mo.old granddaughter loved exploring the toys in the children's bedroom ( 2 twin beds). The owner was very accessible for questions. We did have to contact him to find the Internet access code. Overall, we had a great time and we can recommend this property without reservation.
