Nice Villa is a high demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs, next to the washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Room 2 has one Queen bed and ensuite. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Room 4 has one Queen bed. Room 5 has two twin beds. The Simba theme room has two twin beds. The little mermaid theme bedrooms has two single beds.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

* The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

*The BBQ grill is available for guests to use free of charge. However, if the propane runs out, it is the guest`s responsibility to replace the tank.*
*No street parking is allowed within the Windsor at Westside Community.

The house was clean and check-in process was very good. I got communications from Property mgmt company and had a starter kit inside the house which was appreciated. The house was located in a beautiful community that was a reasonable commute from the Disney theme parks

The house was well maintained and very comfortable. Overall, I would go back. The resort was the only thing we did not enjoy. You can not go in with food, they dont provide floats, and the food was expensive.

The property was just as described. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, and clean. We had family staying on Disney property, different locations, the drive around to their locations as well as to the parks was easy and quick. Gave the check in process 4 stars because the there was an access code needed to for gate that was not given. The guard manning the gate did let us in the first evening but told us we would need to get it for the next day. After reaching out to our contact person the response was very quick. We had a few questions during our stay and were replied to very quickly and courteously. Wonderful property. Highly recommended .weresponse was very quick

Reviewer Comments: In the time of a global pandemic, we opted to "quarantine" and socially distance ourselves by choosing a home that would allow enough space and entertainment for our group. On the first day, we noticed the fridge wasn't working at the right temperature and contacted Florida Spirits immediately. The lack of communication and no sense of urgency on their end was frustrating. Instead of maintaining our social distancing, we were forced to visit several gas stations and grocery stores multiple times during our trip to replace melting ice and spoiling food. This created unnecessary exposure to our families. We were also forced to spend more money than budgeted for. To experience all this unnecessary stress after paying thousands to escape stress is disappointing, to say the least. Without this, it may have been a good experience. The house was in a great location. It also had the space to accommodate our group.

This home is very nice and clean! There is no cell service on any carrier. New construction nextdoor

We had four families and all had different phone service, no one had cell service all week. They are building a new house two doors down, they started construction before 7:00am every morning!! We stay in this neighborhood every year and this house has very limited towels, especially the kitchen!! One of each was all. They advertise a hot tub and swimming pool, the only way to use the HOT tub is to pay and extra charge everyday, we couldn’t believe how cold the swimming pool was!! You want it warm, you have to pay for it as well! This house is very nice and clean!! It’s a great house if you don’t need to make any phone calls, you don’t mind loud construction with guy yelling all day up into 8pm and using a cold hot tub!!! We won’t be back!!!
