Minutes from the University of Arizona and other nature-centric outdoor activities that make Tucson worth visiting. Private courtyard and spacious yard. Enjoy the sounds of water trickling into a Koi pond as birds sing in the trees. Stargazing in the evening is a special treat for in-town living. Community swimming pool available to cool off from Tucson's famous "dry heat".
