Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful one bedroom condo and one of the few in the area that has air-conditioning! In all honesty though, you don't need it once you open up the large lanai doors and front door and get an amazing cross breeze. The views from this condo are just beautiful as you can see up and down the coastline!
