Amazing!

Perfect location. Easy check-in and check out. Apartment well stocked. Great balcony for enjoying some wine. AC at night was great, other wise open doors with airflow when don’t need the AC.

Excellent apartment in Nice - 10/10

This was the best apartment we have stayed in Nice (we have stayed in several over the years). Segolene was there to meet us and she was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very very clean, modern and spacious. There are two lifts with no steps which is ideal. The balcony with table and chairs provided an excellent area to eat our meals with lovely views. The apartment is in a good central location. Hopefully we can stay again in the future.

Superb apartment in central Nice

We cannot say enough positive things about this apartment. The location is so convenient to the Med, old city, train, tram, shops, patisserie, etc. It is in a quiet authentic neighborhood, away from the tourists, but walking distance to most sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, well equipped , with a beautiful balcony looking out to the hills. The owner could not be more accommodating and accessible. She let us check in early and greeted us warmly. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have beach towels with beach so close.

Leider hellhörig...

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und das Appartement sehr schön in einer guten Lage. Von daher 5 Sterne. Leider haben wir wegen der Bewohner nebenan Nachts keine Ruhe finden können.können. Durch deren Fernseher hatten wir jede Nacht Hörfunk.

Perfectly outfitted flat with a view!

Our stay here was perfect. The promenade as well as the train station is in easy walking distance. An excellent bakery and super markets are just a few meters away. Overall the perfect apartment for a stay in Nice. Ségolène is an excellent host.
